The service of course is like every where else, understaffed during peak hours. I recently purchased a perfume only to find it 17% cheaper next door at Marshall's so of course I went to return it, seal untampered to be told they would not take it back regardless of seal, cellophane and receipt they stated that the person who checked me out should have told me that "this location" does not accept perfume returns. No matter the proof I had that I did not live in the area, the receipt did not state that and that there was nothing posted with that policy, I had to take the perfume to a different Ross to complete the return. So unless it is something you use on a regular basis, and the price is right, avoid purchasing here because the return policy is very different than at other Ross locations. The staff is not mean or rude, it's just an inconvenience.

This merchandise is cheap Chinese junk made with a cheap nonfunctioning zipper. Supposedly it originally retailed for over $200. Poppycock! Since I was told it was my fault for zippering the jacket all the way up, they are refusing a refund. They will only offer a return, so I'm stuck with a cheap jacket with a defective zipper that I hate. I will never by anything else from this unscrupulous retailer. They are thieves!
