The prices were on the higher end and well above what I typically pay for retail items. But overall, it was an enjoyable shopping experience. All the store displays were neat and visually appealing. The products they sold were trendy and high quality--tons of designer brands. The employees were friendly and helped when needed. The only complaint was the price point, but other than that, and it was a nice store to shop at.

Perhaps I'm being negatively biased by its barren surroundings, but it felt like it lacked the quality selection that most Belk's have. I will say, however, that I was able to find two (2) pairs of excellent khaki pants, and for that I'm thankful. Other than that, I wasn't impressed with this location, and would suggest going to another Belk's if you're able.

The…read morestore was pretty chaotic and disorganized, and they didn't have the greatest selection of men's sportswear or dressier shirts. They did, however, have a nice selection of affordable socks and underwear, which aren't always the easiest thing to find. Overall, this was a fine, but slightly below average trip to Marshall's. Nevertheless, I'll still be back in the future, as you can always find at least one (1) thing that's a steal when you go to Marshall's.

But it isn't a showstopper. When I came in, it was the same story, but then I saw a young man come up with about 5 packages, so there were two this time. They all were for one customer, so then another lady walked up and she started grabbing info to get orders. When she got to me, I actually walked with her down to where she had to grab the orders from, and that, to me sped the process up much quicker. I think they need to move the register closer to the pick up area, but eh! The staff here is always pleasant and I love the store layout. I rarely come into the store to shop but normally order online for pickup....as I hate shopping in stores! Maybe I'm a glutton for punishment, lol!

The lady with the heavy makeup is always rude with the looks and the unwilling ness to not help or acknowledge me being in the store may I add this isn't the first time. I had a great trip to Marshall's!…read more I came to Marshall's to try and find an affordable bag of coffee, as prices at the grocery store have unfortunately skyrocketed recently. Luckily, I was able to find a solid bag for $7 or $8, which for someone on a budget like me, was a lifesaver! On my way to check out, I also found something else that I had been looking for - a quality, yet affordable razor! I had been looking for one of those at all of the major outlets, but hadn't been able to find one at the right combination of quality and price. Luckily, I was able to find one at Marshall's! The only reason I'm not giving five (5) stars is because there was a massive pothole right in front of the store, which could really mess your vehicle up if you aren't paying attention. I'm not sure if that's the store's fault or not, but they should really get that fixed. All-in-all however, Marshall's seems like a great place to stop in and look for an item or two (2) that you can't find anywhere else for a reasonable price. As such, I'd highly recommend!
