I purchased a new vacuum online and received $50 Kohl's cash. It had to be used in a short time frame or I would lose it. I generally don't enjoy shopping at Kohl's as I find most of their clothing to be poorly made. I was in the store for about an hour. Only one employee asked if I needed assistance. I asked an older employee if they had any long plush robes. She responded no, then went back to whatever she was doing. There was many large boxes blocking the aisles making it difficult to navigate the store. I did manage to use my Kohl's cash. The cashier was very nice, but I won't be back anytime soon. read more

So, the mask mandate is lifted in Lexington, but I'm still wearing masks and so is the staff-- great! However, the fitting rooms are closed "for safety", can't try on jeans or bras or anything else that you truly can't buy without trying on. But, the bathrooms are open! So you can take your panties off and poop/pee in the bathroom but can't try on clothing in the fitting rooms. Lost my business today. read more

I tried to return a shirt I purchased online that was too small and was told that because I earned Kohl's cash I would only get back 42¢. The shirt was bought in my normal size. I told the customer service staff that I was willing to exchange, but there weren't any bigger sizes available. I was told I could sift through the clearance section to find something, but it had to be from the exact same department and because the item had just gone on Clearance, I had no other options. The shirt also had to be the exact same brand, so that meant nothing bigger than the 2XL I had already tried to get. The ladies at Customer Service were completely useless and didn't seem to understand why I was frustrated and upset. Fitting rooms are still closed and you're screwed if you earn Kohl's cash and need to make an exchange or a return. I went into the store to exchange or get a refund and do more shopping, but I left with the same shirt and decided to just shop at Target. I posted the shirt that was too small. Just a heads up to anyone needing Disney merch from Kohl's for vacation. Lol read more

Of the places to shop in Lexington, Kohl's has a great selection for anyone or anything. The store is well organized, setup so that things are easily found in every department. It is clean and stays well stocked so that you don't have to fumble through areas only to find that what you want isn't there or in the size/color you were looking for. They have clothes, shoes, home goods, and a small tech department as well. I shop here frequently and they have great sales often too. read more

I was asked by Kohl's to review a product I had purchased. Several days later I received an email stating that they refused to publish it because I criticized them. My review was professional, polite and truthful. Apparently that's offensive to Kohl's and they censor all of their reviews. This is good to know because you're not getting the truth on their website. The egregious thing that I mentioned in my review was that the product was improperly packaged during shipment and arrived crushed. I did talk about the product itself and that comment was just a side note. When I received the email informing me that they refused to publish my review, I was given an alternate email to use as an appropriate forum for "customer service" issues. I did send an email to that alternate address and received an automated reply expressing zero concern that I had a problem and informing me that the email is unmonitored because due to Covid they are much too busy to respond to customer concerns. Needless to say I will be tearing up my credit card and never shopping at Kohl's again. I do not support censorship and I think it is disgraceful that a company would ask for reviews and then pick and choose which ones they want. I also would like to point out that although they are way too busy to respond to customer concerns, they do have time to censor their reviews so I think Kohl's has a problem with their priorities. Absolutely love shopping here. My entire family buys at least 90% of our clothes and all of our shoes from kohl's. Very good selection of just about anything and if they don't have it in the store they probably sell it online. Great prices on clothes and shoes. I hope they aren't planning to close any time soon bc this is our favorite place to shop for clothing. read more

Kohls is probably one of my favorite shopping stores in Lexington. They have a large selection of women's and mens clothing. They also have a childrens, toys, shoes, and a home goods section. The thing I love most about this store are the awesome deals you can get. The store is constantly sending out coupon offers. I wouldn't normally suggest getting a store credit card because interest rates are awful and lets be honest credit cards can be bad, however if you get the Kohls card you can definitely save a lot more. The offers you get are typically better than what others get who don't have the card and every year on your bday and anniversary you get 10 dollar coupons on any purchase. On top of the credit card offers and mailing you coupons, they also have a rewards program called yestoyes rewards. All you have to do is scan your rewards card everytime you purchase something and you get five dollars for every hundred spent! If you are like me and you have a shopping problem and you like to get an awesome deal I would suggest you start shopping at Kohls!! read more
