They sell clothing items and accessories for women size 12+ or large up which honestly pants size a good number of the population is at least a size 8+. All of the clothes are really nice and well made. I've only had one issue with any of my clothes I've gotten here and it was my own doing catching the decorative string on something. The one complaint I could say is the last time I was here even the clearance was on the high end for me. Clearance was usually 10+ ... Regular price most clothing items are easy 20/25$+ and that's something like a tank top ... Pants running 35+ Though that could be timing for clearance. last time I came to use haut cash I found a ton of tops in the $10 range in clearance; which sadly I couldn't use the haut cash on so I had to just grab a full price pair of pants and leave quick as most of my time was spent shopping in clearance & hadn't been told I couldn't use the haut cash on clearance like I could at other stores that offer a similar reward. Though the birthday rewards on their membership cards can be used in clearance.

I was shopping around for some new work shoes with my 2 children. My daughter (6) tells me she needs to use the restroom and goes to ask the associate working for permission. She returns to tell me the woman refused to let her use it giving the excuse that she was by herself and couldn't leave the floor. The "manager" as she calls herself comes over to explain her reasoning. I reply that I will escort them to the restroom (was planning to anyway) so she wouldn't have to leave the floor, she still refuses. Mind you this restroom is 3 steps into their back room! Every place I shop I expect to be able to use the restroom especially for my children. I find it unacceptable customer service to treat children like that saying they have to go next door (to a competitor) to use the facilities. My family shouldn't be inconvenienced because of their staffing issue. I won't be back to this location again.
