They started out by finding the cleanout for the building, which took detective-level work to find (only a seasoned and experienced plumber can do what they did). Jordan was on-site within 30 minutes of my initial call and had an offer to us quickly after evaluating the job. Beyond being efficient, he was just a great guy -- he took the time to bond with our golden retriever while he walked the site, which says a lot about someone. Aaron and Charlie handled the installation and were fantastic. They showed up on time, were professional throughout, and even cleaned up the old enclosure before installing the new unit. When they left, the whole area looked better than before they arrived. It's great to support a local Long Beach business that can move quickly, price fairly, and still accommodate what we needed. Highly recommend Primo for anyone dealing with a water heater issue -- responsive, honest, and quality work all around.

Aaron was professional, quick, efficient, and most importantly, honest. There was absolutely no pressure or trying to upsell us. The job isn't completely finished yet because we're waiting on a part, but Aaron was very upfront about the timing and set realistic expectations in case the part arrives late. Most importantly, he took care of our main issue right away, which was such a relief! Great service, great communication, and genuinely kind people. I highly recommend A1 Performance Rooter & Plumbing. Bradley was on-site as the Project Manager and…read moredid an outstanding job managing the work from start to finish. Scott, the owner, was also straightforward and honest when it came to pricing and the actual scope of work required. We had a difficult situation where a previous plumbing company attempted to repair our gas line, only for the existing line to snap at a joint during the work. That company then wanted another $12,000 on top of what we had already paid to complete the job. Coming from a construction background, I knew their pricing didn't make sense--the original amount being proposed was in the territory of what you could reasonably expect to pay to repipe the gas lines for an entire house. A1 came in, assessed what actually needed to be completed, and gave us an honest and reasonable price that fell right within my own construction cost estimates. There was no inflated scope, no unnecessary upselling, and no attempt to take advantage of the situation we were already in. It's difficult to find contractors you feel you can genuinely depend on, but A1 Performance Rooter & Plumbing earned my trust. Bradley and Scott were professional, knowledgeable, transparent, and fair throughout the process. Great company to have in your contacts when you need plumbing work done right. I will absolutely be working with A1 again for future plumbing projects and would recommend them without hesitation.

Thanks Tim for serving us since 2018!…read more What a live saver Tim is and his technique is topnotch! Call him for your plumbing l/ electrical needs. If he's available to serve you, you will be in good hands, trust me! Our place was built in the 50s and the plumbing was really out dated. That said a lot of the pipes were old. On a Saturday the basement part just broke when we were working something around it. Water splashed everywhere. The only way to stop that was to shut off the main wove and that we couldn't use water anywhere else in the house either. It was around 5 pm on a Saturday evening. We called everywhere tried to have people come in give us quotes, and of course, most of them jack up the price to sky high. What was even more ridiculous was almost all of them doesn't even know what they were doing. I don't even know how to put it, but it was just my gut feeling that even if I were to pay them that price they were not going to be able to fix it. And I i was right-the thing that they sort of ran through with us what they will do to solve the issue was totally BS. Look back, they wouldn't even have the tools and parts ready. Now back to more details of how great Tim is. After calling and making appointments with many different vendors we could find and were offering service around that hours, for to Tim's TRZ business around 7 pm. After calling and making appointments with many different vendors we could find and were offering service around that hours, for to Tim's TRZ business around 7 pm. He picked up the phone and arrived our place very quickly. To be honest, we were so desperate at that point that we would pay anything to get this plumbing issue fixed so we can go on for our weekend. When we told him what we were quoted on, he laughed and said those were crazy quotes and told us not to worry. That alone made me feel better, I didn't know what to expect yet at that point but I was willing to take the chance as he showed up and brought good vibe: he was well prepared that his tool box filled with different kinds of parts and in well organized fashion! He clearly knows what he's doing, with in no time he fixed our plumbing issue. He was so kind that there was one part he didn't have (as mentioned our place is old) he drove out to pick up the part just like that- not even ask for extra or anything. At the end, the bill was super reasonable- unlike other lame business- include some big names you are all familiar with. And that's included if a generous tips. How nice the world will be if more business/ people in general don't try to take advantage of people when they are in needs. Instead giving genuine support and good work. Thanks again Tim. You are our saving angle!
