I set an appointment for Full Head HIghlight/Lowlight. I explained on the phone that it had been a…read moreyear since it was last highlighted and I had a lot of growth to be covered. My appointment was with Brittany. She quoted me for double the cost because the growth and said it was a double process color correction and wanted to do a partial highlight. I had a lot of questions since I've only ever done full head. She kept leaving me for 5-10 minutes at a time and then said she didn't have enough time. I was deciding between a partial and full head and she just acted completely annoyed by me the whole time and walked away. I have never been treated so unprofessionally by someone in a salon. She wasted a half hour of my time. I called Pyure which is right down the road. Not only did they charge me for a single process, full head highlight/Lowlight, use Aveda products, do a PHENOMENAL job....they charged me $115 less. They also explained the way that Brittany at Hot Heads would've done my hair would've been high maintenance and need to be worked on again in 6 weeks. I've been to Pyure before and have always been happy. They provide amazing customer service and listened to me, and took their time explaining what to expect. I'm sticking with them.
