I wanted to love this company after reading the reviews, Lord knows I chose to pay more for my…read moreproject for that reason. This was a large windshield perforated decal with a couple qr codes. So I wanted it done well, and planned on having my local tinting company to install. The image arrived and well packed, but as soon as I opened it i seen the random line that was the same color as the qr code. I immediately covered it in marker to try and fix it, and i regret not taking an image first. Still, its pretty clear there's a line covered in marker there... so I emailed them. When I got no response I was getting pretty pissy, and if I'm being honest my email made clear I wasn't happy this wasn't caught after print. This morning I decided to leave feedback on their website, that got their attention. Within minutes I got a phone call berating me over my comments. Telling me he would have been open to reprinting but doesn't feel to do that because of my comments. The conversation came back to my unanswered email, and he admitted that would change things, and he would look into it and call back. He was true to his word, and truly a jerk. Condescending, arrogant, and full of excuses! .... that line doesn't show on my screen, it could have been part of the artwork, we can't contact everyone for every possible error." After all that attitude he reluctantly says he will reprint in effort to keep his customers happy. Well after those two calls, there is no going back to 'happy' with this company, and my soul is not for sale. Live, learn, share my experience, and let y'all decide for yourselves.

Jakob is a guy who is genuinely passionate about film photography and will do whatever he can to bring your images to life. I brought in a roll of Delta 3200 that had been rejected by a lab in Orange County for a sticky residue that had been spilled on it while it was in the fridge. I called 3 other labs explaining the situation and they all explained that they would not be able to develop it because of its condition. Not only did Jakob develop and scan this unintentionally-souped roll, but he actually got some pretty excellent images out of it. The photo attached with the funky blobs is from the roll that where others gave up, Jakob actually came through.

They kept promising they would come fix it and deliver the second sign and never did. They basically stole $5000 from us.. WILL NEVER do business with them. Very shady dishonest owner. Then he just ghosted me after I waited over a year for him to show up month after month promising he would. Thief! Absolutely disgusting human.

We're so happy we have such a quality business in Chula Vista. We had a couple pieces we wanted…read moreframed, and wanted more than going to a store like Michael's. One piece was a 1959 magazine rum ad, which featured my husband's late grandfather. It was a delicate piece and irreplaceable. The second was a watercolor print we bought when we lived in South Carolina over 20 years ago. We wanted to replace the dated gold frame, but use the same matting. The print had slipped over the years and needed to be re-centered. The owner was helpful and patient with me while I selected the frames. He encouraged me to use the museum glass, and I'm so glad I listened to his advice. The items look almost as if there is no glass. The total price was a bit of a shocker, but in this instance I believe we got what we paid for. The items turned out so nice. It was our first time using this business and we will definitely use them in the future when we have more framing needs.

RJ calls his work masterpieces and now I know why. I reached out to RJ and told him what I had and he said to leave it to him. His prices are fair and his work is outstanding. I had not worked with Jacquez Art and Jersey Framing before so I took a leap of faith I sent him a signed Jersey, ticket stub, magazine and a few cards. The rest is history. RJ has exceptional communication. You can text him at anytime and he will always respond promptly and professionally. The process does take time and is totally worth the wait.
