I felt I had to write this after seeing all the 5 star reviews here. My experience was disappointing from the start. This was PDR insurance claim but Mark was a completely unprofessional and I would give zero stars for customer service. It was a hassle to just trying to send him photos via text and email, he kept insisting that he never received them. I understand technical issues can happen but blaming the customer for his tech problems and speaking in a demeaning tone as if he were doing me a favor, made this a bad experience.
