He gave me a good price and I told him I lived in Walnut Creek. He said that he would be coming this way to a shop he uses and that would save me a trip and the $29 travel fee. I felt I had to write this after seeing all the 5 star reviews here. My experience was disappointing from the start. This was PDR insurance claim but Mark was a completely unprofessional and I would give zero stars for customer service. It was a hassle to just trying to send him photos via text and email, he kept insisting that he never received them. I understand technical issues can happen but blaming the customer for his tech problems and speaking in a demeaning tone as if he were doing me a favor, made this a bad experience. After several back and forth he somehow managed to get the photos, only to show up and say the damage wasn't repairable . What a complete waste of my time. read more

Recommended by a friend. Got my Tesla X wheels badly dinged. I called and was instructed to send pic of the full wheel. Sent via text and was given estimate right away. I ended up asking to fix the other 2 tires that has some scratches. It was perfect after they fixed them. You can either bring it to their shop in Livermore or ask them to come over to your place for a minimal charge. Will contact them again soon as Costco tires scratched one of my wheels again.
