Huge thank you to Dan, Mike and Tiffany for their super fast response time mitigating the water damage caused by a bad sprinkler pipe - on a Sunday of a holiday weekend! Kids went downstairs after sprinklers had been turned on for a week to find water spraying from sprinkler system soaking the basement. Anatom had good reviews, have an A+ rating with the BBB and offered emergency service so I called and Tiffany answered the after-hours line. She literally had a team out here in an hour on a Sunday afternoon of a holiday weekend!!! Dan came in, carefully reviewed the damage, explained my options and had Mike here withe the truck and equipment - fans and dehumidifiers - set up and running in no time. However, disaster struck again. When my insurance company opened on Tuesday, I discovered that my deductible was 1% of the house value, meaning any repairs would be covered out of my pocket! Dan immediately contacted management. Nate arrived that afternoon, as per my request, they retrieved the equipment. BUT, they didn't stop there and bid me farewell. Knowing that I wouldn't be able to use their services further - they still used their specialized measuring tools and informed me that all but one wall was dry. They provided me with instructions on what needed to be done for that wall, reminded me that they had already sprayed the antifungal spray on the carpet, and assured me that they would be happy to provide further information about the basement reconstruction process if needed. Talking about above and beyond service!!! They made sure my home was in the best shape possible and worked with me on payments. Folks - Anatom Restoration - 720-356-0945 is now on my phone for water emergencies, I've adjusted my insurance deductible, and I am confident I don't have a black mold problem! Great team to work with when everything else is going to crap! Thank you ANATOM!

WORST Contractors EVER!!!…read more Do not use this company. If I could give them -10 stars I would. We had a flood in a rental condo from the upstairs unit's bathtub, leaking down into the bedroom closet. We hired Anatom, because they had the most affordable rate (lesson learned!) They demo'd the flooring in the whole unit, including baseboards and the lower portion of the closet wall. I came to check on the work after they were finished. It was the WORST FLOORING JOB I've ever seen in my life. The grout in the kitchen tile was thick in places, thin in places, black in places, and every shade of gray you can think of in all the other places. It was dirty looking with grout smeared all over the tiles. The LVP had GAPS in between planks in the hall closet. The worst part is the baseboards, that are NOT MADE OF WOOD. I don't know what substance they are, but definitely not wood. It feels almost chalky. There are huge dings and dents in the baseboard in the closet, because it's a crumbly material. The trim they used for under the kitchen cupboards above the tile looked like pieces of 6 different random wood leftovers, that they tried to piece together. Part of the trim pieces were made of Balsa wood! The caulk in the bathroom between the floor and the bathtub was a tan color (floors are darkish wood, tub it white), and was bubbled. It looks like a 3rd grader did it. I met the contractors out at the property to point out all the problems. The 2 that showed up did not speak much English, so it was impossible to chat with them about what needed fixed. I pointed to the horrible grout job, and he said "My brother did it". Now why is his brother doing it? Does his brother work there? I couldn't relay that question to them, as it got lost in translation. My husband called them to tell them to come back and fix everything. They did and I went a 2nd time to check. Nope. The grout was better, but now there was a mysterious hard, sticky substance on the LVP in the bedroom, that I could not remove with cleaner or by scrubbing. Baseboards are still the same cheap, weird, non-wood material. Chunks are still missing from the baseboards in the closet. Trim in kitchen is now even more mis-matchy. Transition to the kitchen has a huge seam practically in the middle of the transition, with no attempt at caulking it. My husband called a 2nd time to have them come back. Now it's the 3rd time they're coming out to fix their sloppy job, and our tenant said they never showed. Anatom claims they did. I see nothing repaired. This time I called the 3rd time to have them come back (which would be the 4th repair, but is really the 3rd because they didn't show up prior), and Ehud says he's done coming. He paid his contractors and won't pay them anymore to come fix their mistakes. Ehud claims my husband was happy with the job. Absolutely not. NO ONE would be happy with that job. My husband just wasn't being confrontational. He wanted them to fix it, so he was using the bees with honey method. I truly think this was their very first flooring job they had ever done. It had to be. It was truly the worst job I've ever seen. The materials they used (baseboards, kitchen trim, transition) were just cheap parts, and random extra pieces they pieced together. They certainly weren't legit materials purchased at Home Depot or something like that. You can tell they were just trying to save money. I'll post the pics here if possible. Ehud says the problems were "minor", and only look bad if you blow up the pics. TRUST ME - Stay away! Call a reputable company that knows how to lay floors.

As posted to the BBB complaint site 11/20/2017. Will update as the situation progresses. For now…read moreSTAY AWAY! Approximately 60 days ago, the representatives from smart roofing came to my door even though there is a clearly posted sign that states "no salesmen". Against my better judgement I allowed them to look at my roof. I was told a new roof was needed and was presented options. Since I am a single income household, I made it a point to ensure that I asked and verified that NO funds would be needed out of my pocket...Ever. This was met with an "affirmative" no less than 6-10 times. As per that aspect, I decided to proceed with the roofing job, again verifying that there would be no cost out of my pocket. Again "no Sir. Nothing out of pocket". Subsequently, I received a card on my doorstep from one of the project managers stating that the salesman that came had a personal emergency and would no longer be on my project. There was a lot of discussion around "subsidies", and the fact that smart roofing were experts in making sure that the claim would be maximized. Again, "with no out of pocket costs." A check was received from state farm. At the time there were still questions as to what the scope of work would be, and that Smart Roofing would get back to me. The next call that was received was from Wells Fargo. The representative stated that there was a call received by Genesis Capital wanting specific PCI level data on my account and wanted to know if it was okay to release this data to them. I explained to the Wells rep that "given recent security concerns with Wells Fargo, that I was reluctant to release any information to any person whom I could not identify. I suggested that the representative get the Genesis representative on a conference call so that they could be verified. The Wells rep informed me that the number that was provided by the Genesis rep was a "non- working number". I instructed Wells that no information was to be released. This evening 7/20/2017 at approximately 6:30 PM a person stating that they were from Genesis capital and was here to resolve "the issue". I explained that no checks will be released until I know the scope of the work that is being performed as Smart roofing still needed to get back to me with some answers. I was then told that I was being served with an "intent to Lien" on my primary residence for the amount of the check from state farm. This individual realized that I was irate and began to take pictures of myself and my home while letting me know " state law says we can lien your property, and we WILL seek 3x damages, you have been legally served, go ahead call your lawyer, we're going to call your mortgage and insurance company too". Papers were left on my doorstep, not handed to me. Aside from the invasion of privacy, threatening tactics, poor ethics and deceptive means used to serve me with papers for work that has not yet even been scheduled, there is the issue of what I was told and what is actually happening. The Genesis representative was there only to serve me with fraudulent papers. I also see that they have an "F" rating. There was supposed to be a new roof, gutters, part of my covered patio and some other items that Smart roofing promised "with zero cost out of pocket" as of yet, all I have are lies and a lien on my property to go along with the stress of potentially having to fight a mechanics lien for work that has not been performed. Thus far the entire process has been deceptive, and both companies should be investigated to the highest degree. In speaking with the Smart roofing project manager, it was stated that "this should not be happening, that nothing has been contracted for" The owner (who would not get on the phone) even after numerous requests stated (through the project manager) that "neither the owner or myself (the project manager) have any knowledge of this issue or who Genesis Capital is". This is highly unusual and even more suspect than the claims from Smart Roofing as to what could be accomplished and for "no money out of pocket" UPDATE 6/27/2018 All has been resolved. Everyone has a bad hire every now and then; it's just a fact of being a business owner. Dave was unfortunate to have had one. Dave and I discussed what was promised and were able to agree on the work to be done. Dave was courteous, understanding and professional. Were it not for our historically unpredictable Colorado weather, I'm certain that we would have been done a long time ago. The quality was EXCELLENT! It's very impressive to see a man stand strongly behind their brand, Dave is an honest man and will do the right thing for his clients. He has done exactly that for me. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND SMART ROOFING. Honest, professional people with very STRONG ETHICS and values.

There's a reason why Puroclean gets five star reviews!…read more After a burst pipe caused two waterfalls coming from the ceiling directly into our spare bedroom the first week of winter vacation, I gave Puroclean a call to help with cleanup after realizing I was way over my head and seeing their reviews on Yelp. Although they were busy with many other burst pipe cleanup calls due to the extreme cold weather we had just experienced, Chase was at our home within an hour of my initial call. He immediately put my mind at ease and developed a game plan to return things back to normal. Chase and Anthony visited each day for a week to check on progress, move equipment around and gave me updates along the way. They have great communication, always let me know when they would arrive and were absolutely amazing to work with every step of the way. I hope I never need their services again, but in the unfortunate circumstance that I do, I wouldn't hesitate a nanosecond to give them a call. A truly class act company.

Needless to say that deadline was not met 4 months after the water damage on a project that was not huge. We needed to re-sand and re-finish hardwood floors, replace carpet and padding, and redo lots of drywall and painting. Suffice to say, the restoration was a big job. My insurance company connected me with NuBilt, and here's an overview of my remarkable experience with them. I've worked with several contractors with mixed results. True to form, they went over schedule and over budget, and the workmanship was inconsistent at best, shoddy at worst. I had the opposite experience with NuBilt, and they completely exceeded my expectations. They distinguished themselves from their competitors during every phase of the project. First, I worked with Brandon, and based on his assessment and discussions with my insurance company, we established a detailed scope of work and budget. He paid great attention to detail and communicated very well. From that point on, I worked with Omar. He is responsive, knowledgeable, honest, organized, and reliable. He ensured that the work began promptly, that it continued according to schedule, and that it was done well. I never felt like I had to check-in with him or look over his shoulder--he proactively reached out to me periodically. I appreciate Omar's communication style, as well: He patiently answered my questions, and he heard and addressed the concerns I had. I don't want to give the wrong impression, as I had very few concerns. His team was so thorough and captured all of the small touches without me inspecting their work. That said, when a door needed to be hung or a piece of trim replaced at the end of the project, Omar ensured that it all got done quickly and without nickel-and-diming me. His team did an incredible job. The level of workmanship and the quality of the finishes are apparent. The hardwood floors look amazing, and I can't see any seams where the drywall was replaced and patched. NuBilt even sent a great cleaning crew once all the work was complete! I put the house on the market a week later, and a seasoned buyer's agent asked about the insurance claim. I told her that I hired NuBilt to do the reconstruction. That's all she needed to know to be assured that the work was done right. She began raving about the company, and echoed all of their online reviews. Now, I'm under contract, thanks in large part to NuBilt's work and the solid reputation they've built.
