WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD PURCHASING A VEHICLE. Long story short - I would not trust this dealership. I purchased a vehicle from Colorado Fleetworks in January of 2017. It is now April of 2017 and I still do not have a title. In February of 2017 I called, texted, and emailed the dealership. They responded by saying the title was in the mail and I should be expecting it any day. After several more weeks with no title, I was told they sent it to the wrong address and would send it out again. Several months later, I got the same story "title is in the mail." It is now the middle of April and I have not received an answer about the title. No call backs, no return of my text messages to the owner, no responses to my emails. I am stuck with a car that can not be registered and there is nothing I can do about it. THAT'S NOT ALL When purchasing the vehicle, I was told that he would give it a tune up, change the spark plugs, change the oil, top off all the fluids etc . . .The oil was filthy when I recently changed it. I doubt he changed the plugs, the special oil required for the adjustable suspension was completely empty . . . I paid him extra to put on new tires and a new windshield. Two of the tires won't hold air longer than a week. Whenever it rains water leaks through the windshield. The suspension is shot and going to cost me around 2k to fix. I was told that I would be getting a $500 check in the mail to deal with my troubles - but that money is still nowhere to be seen . . . I can deal with one or two things going wrong in a car sale, but the accumulation of bad experience has led me to write this review. read more

Working with the staff at Colorado Fleetworks has been such a pleasure. Jessica and Nicole answered all my questions regarding financing the Nissan Rogue I saw online. When snags came up with the lender I came with, the ladies went to work to figure it all out so I would be happy with the purchase. Mike the owner came in on the deal to I reassured everything would work out. It really was the best buying experience I ever had seeing all staff were attentive from initial emails and calls to arrival with warm greetings. These people are truly some stand up folks. I had the pleasure of working with them 12/14/2016 to purchase the vehicle. And it doesn't hurt that the conversation with staff was great while paperwork processed. Irish Mike is the man! After arriving in Colorado Springs with our Winnebago View on the Sprinter Chassis we had 'check engine light' and code issues. A call to the Colorado Springs Mercedes Dealer yielded a "Don't bring it here. We don't work on Sprinters anymore." A call to the two Denver dealers scored a response of "Sure, drop it off. It may be two to three months before we get it fixed." We reiterated to one of them that the Sprinter was our home right now and that we were on the road and would be stuck. His reply was "You can't sleep in it here." A quick google search for sprinter repairs brought us to 'Colorado Fleetworks'. I called and Mike said he could look at it if I was there first thing in the morning. A quick look at the codes and he knew exactly what was going on. Three hours later after cleaning the EGR valve and rechecking the computer, we were on our way. Highly recommend! Early this year I set out to buy a car from Mike worth 5K but was 2K short of the purchase price at the time. We had such an awesome experience taking our older GMC safari to Mike for a few minor repairs. We are working on converting it to a camper and had asked a few other shops around town to remove the back AC unit, all of whom said it would be too cost prohibitive.
