It was really fun though we did not escape lol we did the jurassic themed one and it was super difficult. We wished it was a little more explanatory when it came to the steps. We felt like we took forever trying to figure out which was our next clue or lock to unlock (there were so many locks to unlock). This place is pretty awesome. We wen't as the last group of the day and the lady was super friendly. It was our first escape room so we all didn't know what to expect. We entered the room and she gave us our first hint. We must be really "special" because we couldn't figure it out, at all. She gave us the answer and we made it into the second room. She would give occasional hints but never the full answer after that, and only when she saw we were struggling. The rooms decorations were pretty good. You could tell the room we were in was put together "by hand" and had that special touch. We made it out successfully and when we have some time we will surely be back. read more

We've been to this location twice now, did two different rooms and had a blast both times! The staff is friendly and helpful. They really want you to succeed and help if they can. If you use their discount card it saves you $15.00 a person, I do this instead of Groupon. The Star Wars room was very high tech with two rooms you have to escape from. Much better than some other places Ive been to. its a great family bonding experience, my 11 year old is great at the locks with her little fingers, my 15 year old can figure out how to use the clues and don't forget your reading glasses!! read more

I'm not sure if they were short staffed, or what, but one girl specifically was really rough in her speaking. She was short and dismissive. The other people in the group (we didn't know them) were late. We were annoyed, but it's not end of the world, we had plans later and it just made a few less minutes we would have to make the trip. She really scolded them. It felt awkward and uncomfortable. The group took it in stride though. We did the prison break room. It was definitely set-up cool. A bunch of locks. They utilized a computer screen where someone gave hints. That was kind of cool. They were doing some construction with the ceiling where you could hear the other rooms. Also, something that kind of rubbed me wrong was the warning of arguing. I don't know who they've had in there where they argued to the point of being a problem, but there is a deduction if you argue and they give you a warning. It was weird. Overall, some interesting aspects. The people we were with were newbies and they loved it. I'd say this is a really good place for beginners, but if you've done a few rooms, probably not the best place for you to go. read more

We did the Pirate room in Greeley and had a fun time! None of us had done one of these before so we were slow at the beginning. We got 6 of 9 clues in our hour. We were told afterward that this was the hardest one so we felt pretty good about it. Lots of fun. I'd definitely do another one. read more

We purchased their xcape box for some quarantine entertainment. The packages got lost in the mail but Colorado Escape was responsive to my email and sent us new boxes right away, which were delivered in no time. The box was very fun. We did the Lost Treasure and found it engaging and challenging, just like their escape rooms. Would highly recommend to someone looking for something fun to do during these trying times. Great fun! We bought out the entire room so that we could bring a party of 8 people and all do a room together. So glad we did! It was definitely not the right one to pick for all first-time escapers; we did the bank heist, which only had a 5% success rate. Overall I think we did really well, despite the fact that we were beginners and that it was a challenging room. The puzzles were tough, but not impossible. I felt like the difficulty level and the experience were all as advertised. Will definitely be back! Only down side is the location. I would not come do a room here alone or even with a couple friends, and definitely not after dark. The only reason I felt okay being here in the evening was because we had a group of 8 which included several large men. The office building is otherwise vacant because the rest of the businesses are closed during the evening; the hallways are confusing and poorly lit, so we got lost trying to find the suite at first - even though directions were attempted with hand-made signs posted near the elevator. Bathrooms weren't very nice. If this business ever had the opportunity to move to a strip mall with its own storefront, I think they would do a lot better. read more

What a fun idea this would be for my daughters next birthday party. Great entertainment. The kids and I went over the holiday vacation and I'm so glad we did. We had so much fun trying to solve the puzzles together. I would definitely do this again with them. I saw this on someone else's review and I totally agree after what my kids have told me from the other escape rooms they have done. "That the quality of the room set up is not as high as another ones that they have visited, but the theme and the puzzles were just as intriguing and entertaining and price is right"! We did the Temple of Doom before Christmas and it was fantastic. My husband and I have been doing rooms all across the metro area and this one was in the top five. The employees made it a fun time and want you to complete the puzzles and escape. Definitely can't wait to go back! read more
