Connor is your guy for a great estimate process. He provided an experience that was far above what any other companies provided. He answered all my questions as I was starting out on the renovation adventure, and offered helpful suggestions regarding the whole process. The quote was quite competitive. Once I evaluated various estimates and made my decision, Sound Painting responded immediately to schedule the job and let me know what the next steps would be. They also encouraged me to meet with a Sherwin Williams color specialist which helped me narrow down my paint colors. Then Gary and his team did an excellent job with the actual painting. They were careful about protecting my existing space, cleaned up every day before leaving, did a high quality job, and were an exceptionally courteous and happy crew. The price was competitive for the work being done, and the quality of the work was perfect. I can't believe how beautiful my kitchen and bathrooms look. I'm already thinking of my next painting project and will definitely select Sound Painting Solutions again.

At the time, I had done most of the work and just needed some priming in a few small areas, and two coats of paint and that's it. I gave them 5-star because the guy that came out was nice, and gave their reputation a boost, but at the end of the day, I didn't need full-service. I needed DONE. They should have priced it as-such. Now, their follow-up system won't leave me alone even though the job has been done for a while.

Due to dry rot, this also required carpentry work. In just about a week, they replaced about 40-50 rotten boards, painted the deck wood and walls, did other cosmetic repairs, and ensured everything was moved back to where it was when they were done. Their communication was on point and they always showed up when they said they would. Matt goes beyond as well. He makes sure you're aware of all options on how what kind of finishes are possible and why any might be considered. He addressed structural issues caused by the original builders. He also approaches the project in a manner that ensures the rest of the house won't get damaged during the work (in this case, hoisting all the new and old wood off the roof via rope). Would highly recommend.

I was a bit of a skeptic with all the glowing reviews but figured, let give him a shot and like many other customers, I couldn't be happier with this decision. Gabriel stands by his work and goes above and beyond with customer service. For exterior house painting, his bid came in competitive and he indicated he would provide 2 coats of paint. As we walked around the house I was impressed by all the items he was calling out that they would take care of after pressure washing and for prep along with his attention to detail. When they showed up to do the work, I provided input on a few things just to make sure that it wouldn't be missed during prep and they always said sure, we'll take care of it without hesitation. Gabriel even helped me understand their process further and explained a few things to me, which I appreciated. During the final walk through, I already marked a handful of small things with tape (inevitably there will always be a few touchups and polishing touches needed) and Gabriel was quick to add more blue tape for items that he would fix. The house looks amazing and I get lots of compliments from neighbors. I will continue to use and refer High Quality Painting, LLC.
