We do these conferences twice a year and work with printing vendors so I'm always on the lookout to add new vendors to my list to work with. For this year's conference, I reached out to the employees at Digitized Logos to share with them details of the conference and our vision / theme for the promotional items we give out at our booth and executive event. Since the get-go it was very easy to work with them. They provided me four decks of items to look from and we easily found the perfect promotional items for both of our conferences. We went with sustainability for our first conference theme giving away reusable metal straws and trash cans that can fit in your car's cupholders. For our executive event, we gave away very nice table tech pouches. They were a huge hit, people were asking for them like crazy. We were even asked about the vendor who supplied our giveaways from another booth, who was looking for a better vendor to supply their promotonal items. The employees I worked with during the entire the whole process were prompt in response, attentive to detail, diligent in providing the best suggestions for our event, sending proofs over for approval, and making sure timelines and expectations were set. I had no issues from the brainstorming of the items, to the proof generation, invoicing, and shipment of the items. In addition to this conference, we also ordered another client's giveaways through DL and their feedback on the quality and uniqueness of the giveaways they ordered is exactly on the same line as what I am saying here. If you need a vendor to supply your company or event's promo items/ print jobs, I highly recommend Digitized Logos for all your needs.

I immediately contacted the sign company and was told we will charge you $400 to remove and reinstall. I did not expect to pay for the danger this could potentially cause since they installed the signs. The first sign I was able to catch as I literally watched the nails fall out. The second sign I contacted them letting them know I'm not sure if I will be as lucky to be present. Isa sarcastically ask for a contract saying they guarantee their work. I had to contact Fast Signs in DC and they sent a crew out immediately and didn't not charge me a dime. They told me they had contractor out. But would try to help and route someone. While I expected to pay they said this is an emergency and we want to help. We agreed to do new signs and the cost of installation is a fraction of what Speedy wanted to charge me for removing and reinstalling the existing sign. The contractor that came from Fast Signs told me that the previous contractor made the hole too deep and stuffed the hole. Which is why the nails fell out so easy. I do not recommend doing business with them because they do not guarantee the work of their contractors.
