It took some time for her to correct the error, which meant that I had to wait a long time for the correction to be made. This was not convenient and illegal.

We got zero sales in 6 month months and they refused to provide any refund. Their agreement also states that you waver your rights to sue them and you won't get any refunds from them for 5 years.
