They also do not give change, stating that they are required to round up to the nearest even dollar amount. Both of these practices should be deemed illegal. The clerk also gave me a one year renewal rather than the two year renewal I paid for. It took some time for her to correct the error, which meant that I had to wait a long time for the correction to be made. This was not convenient and illegal.

We got zero sales in 6 month months and they refused to provide any refund. Their agreement also states that you waver your rights to sue them and you won't get any refunds from them for 5 years. Basically they charge you 5k to enter your name into a database. Wish we would off taken our time to read the review on this scammer before paying them and using our money!!!
