Was looking for a car for my son, returning from the ARMY overseas. Found it at this Dealership. Car was nice, Mazda 6, Used. Sent pictures to my son while I was there and he was happy as it fit his needs. So all is good, they did not come down much on the price and could have really cared less about my sincerity of what I was doing for an American Hero. Fast forward, picking up the car. It was dark when I arrived, and had to wait for the Finance Guru.. But! The car is all set to go. OK REALLY! This was a CASH deal, so all the crap he had was useless to me. After waiting, and then sitting in this frozen weird room. I was left to get in the car and leave. I said to the Sales Guy I want to walk around the car. While approaching the car I noticed the back door had a black like rubber line that continued to the left rear quarter panel. So I pointed it out to the Sales guy. He starts rubbing at it , and the rubber marks started to go away. The back quarter panel had deep scratches through the paint on it. So he runs in side to get touch up paint. Which matched a Mitsubishi car, not a Mazda Car. He then starts trying to fill in the deep starches. I said to him, Dude, it has to be warmer temperature to do that, not 26 degrees. At that point I said, I will look at it in a brighter light. If I had found another car/color like this color, I would taken my check back and left. They wanted to close for the night, and I went home with the car. Looking at the scratches closer when I got home. I called the sales guy 3 times, left a voice mail and asked what you can do to fix what someone at your dealership did to this car, prior to me picking up. Definitely someone CANNOT drive at this place as this car had damage when I picked it up. But this car did not have damage when I test drove it in the snow in March 2015. Well I heard crickets from this sales guy or anyone from this dealer ship. Car is awesome, but they have some integrity issues at this dealership. My son loves the car, but I would find it hard to do business with this deanship again. Word to the wise,Go over the the car before you give them a check. Long short I bought the correct color for the car, and did the best self buff, you could do, removed all the black rubber, going down back door to the back quarter panel. But the deep scratches you can see in the sunlight. Fast forward to March 2016, this sales guy had the nerve to call me for repeat business. He never answered my messages in 2015, so I did not answer his. read more
