They refuse to give you a cost estimate, no matter how basic the job or how detailed you describe the problem, until you pay them $70 to come out to your house. Dear Yelpers, please please do NOT normalize this greedy practice by giving this company or any company that does this your business. They'll say it's a standard industry practice. It is not. There are many honest services out there that offer free cost estimates and don't try to manipulate you to buy their products. They'll also say the fee is to compensate for the time that the technicians spend coming out, but that's just being dishonest. That $70 sure as hell ain't going to the worker. If they're being dishonest before you even hire them, think about what else they'd be dishonest about. Please stay away. Due to the new patio and retaining wall construction, it was a little complicated install. Carlos and the crew exceeded the expectations and delivered the perfect system with Rachio smart controller on time and according to the plan. Not every contractor was willing to submit a blue print for me to set my expectations. Carlos did that too and was phenomenal in explaining the watering needs for grass and flower beds along with maintenance requirements and options. He used Hunter PgP rotors which are best in industry and not the rainbird. After we needed couple of tweaks to the rotors and he tweaked those quickly. Can't be happier with the system.

I also had them install a wall mounted 65" smart TV with Sound bar.... beautiful! Not a wire or box in sight. They also installed a Haiku L ceiling fan which required a lot of finish work in our cathedral ceiling. My wife had them assemble and install a huge crystal chandelier with an Aladdin Light Hoist... flawless execution, finishing and clean up. I can't recommend this company highly enough. I will always use them for my electrical needs.
