Mr. Serrano was rarely on site. Years later, the pavers and retaining wall are failing. The screened-in porch roof leaked and had to be repaired by a licensed roofing company at my expense, which I deducted from his final payment. Despite a "warranty," the retaining wall is deteriorating and the steps to my house are sinking. Serrano has attempted four cosmetic fixes over three years but refuses to provide a permanent structural solution or plan. Communication and professionalism were extremely poor. Crews left trash on my property, disappeared for days, and Mr. Serrano became hostile when I requested updates. An inspector questioned how he stays in business. Bottom line: Substandard work, no accountability, and no warranty support. I strongly recommend choosing another contractor.
