My bumper was damaged in the parking lot at sprouts (hit and run). I had taken the car to another place to get an estimate ($1300 to fix) and then went to Collision Tech. Very glad I did. What else can I add to the already great reviews. Highly recommend! We had rust on our roof under our luggage rack. After fixing the roof and touching up some peeling paint on top of the hatch back (because Tanya noticed it and didn't want it to rust), we found out our roof was (still leaking). We brought it back in thinking it was a seal on the windshield, which they were willing to fix for free as I thought they removed the seal when re-doing the roof. They did a hose test and found it was still leaking. They discovered the drainage tubs from the sunroof were clogged. They fixed those (at no extra charge). The customer service is the best you'll ever experience. They will communicate with you every step of the way and be sure you leave satisfied. read more

After getting the 'runaround' (and when I say runaround they WASTED our time in quoting us they could fix a 100% totaled vehicle when Geico also laughed at them) from another big chain outfit in SD, I could smell the bs from miles away. I found Collison Tech in my search and immediately had the vehicle moved there. While we didnt end up having Collison tech do any work I want to Thank Waseem, Sal and his team for a truly genuine experience. Its almost like finding a unicorn when you come across this type company. Waseem knew my fiancé loved her truck given she only had 34k on 2017, it was flawless. He was straight forward and let her down easy. The more amazing part was his role in defending not only us from getting ganked by Geico for over a 1k in storage fees but he truly considered us part of his customer base. You should here his confidence in speaking to these insurance companies who really only look out for every dollar they can squeeze out of YOU. They got paid by Geico those fees and it didnt come off her total payout. What I also learned from Sal was these companies will NOT put OEM parts back on your Vehicle, period. After spending an hour on the phone with Geico I finally got a former claims guy to admit there is no place in the contract explicitly written that says they have to put OEM back in, ie. it can all be 'made in china' cheapo stuff. You will have to cough up the cash to get back in OEM parts. How shady is that I had to chase down someone to verbally admit it when they knowing leave it out. They ALL work that way. I can HIGHLY recommend Collison Tech as thee only place to be after an accident. read more

Came here for an estimate. They took pictures and when doing the estimate, the owner Waseem gave me different options on the headlight and bumper. Since the bumper was the most expensive , I did the headlight for now. Waseem kept me up to date on everything and he even detailed my car. He is very flexible on pricing . I dropped of my car before work and when I got off I picked it up. It was super clean and shiny. They even did a temporary fix on the bumper and not it's not popping out so much. My car looks like new. Once I have the funds I'll be back to fix the bumper. Waseem and his team are the best. I had my car repaired, driver's side rear, where I had backed into a round yellow cement post. Of course, there was no damage to the post. I took the car in on a Wednesday to get an estimate and had the car scheduled for the following Monday for repair. Service was excellent from the moment I walked into the shop. I needed a rental car, as it was going to take approximately three (3) days for the repair. The owner offered to drive me to the local car rental shop and pick me up when the car was finished. Collision Tech had the car ready to pick up Wednesday afternoon, which was ahead of schedule. The body shop fixed the dent to my satisfaction and also performed some other minor touch ups for no charge. I would highly recommend Collision Tech. My 2000 Toyota Camry was long overdue for cleaning; between the seven years my family owned it, we never took the time to clean it (both interior + exterior), so once the ownership was transferred to me, I figured it was time. First thing I did was go on Yelp and grab quotes from any auto shop in my vicinity. I was quoted some exorbitant prices and finally went with Collision Tech due to the proximity and price I was quoted with for a full-detail job. I was greeted instantly by Issa and Waseem, then had my car started in a matter of minutes. Great customer service here without a doubt. I've never been met with such enthusiasm! It took them roughly three to four hours I believe to finish the job? My car went from incredibly filthy to looking like new. I couldn't tell what the color of the floor was like prior. The exterior cleaning was wonderful considering all the scratches and nicks it's received. Though I did leave the cover on the carpet as it was still drying (as shown in the picture) from the deep cleaning. Would recommend to my friends and family! I'll start off by saying that my car has been damaged for over two years and I never bothered taking it in for repair because 1. it was still drivable and 2. I received some ridiculous eye-wateringly high quotes from other auto shops when the accident initially occurred. Well the new year came around and I decided it was finally time to take the plunge and get my car repaired and I went to Yelp and ultimately decided on Collision Tech based on its stellar reviews. Now I'd like to add my own stellar review by listing some highlights of what I really appreciated about my experience with Waseem: - he was available via chat on the company website to talk through an initial quote so I sent him some pictures and we talked about options, which was convenient for me so I wouldn't have to take time off work to bring it in - he worked with me throughout the process to try to keep the repair cost as low as possible since I was paying out of pocket, walking me through each part of the car he thought he could repair without replacing - he runs his business based on transparency, showing me the available parts available locally as well as the prices listed and allowing me to choose so that I could find the best quality/price combination that worked for me - kept me updated throughout the repair process so I knew what was going on, despite being very busy (business is booming!) he always made sure he still responded to my texts or calls - the price he quoted me was significantly, significantly better than what other shops had given me (and I think that primarily stems from his transparency and the fact that he wasn't pushing me to replace everything) Now my itch to buy a new car is sated because my bumper has been fixed, his team cleaned and touched up my car so it's spic and span, he even helped me properly connect my backup camera which I had very crudely installed (with wires hanging out). Now my car doesn't look sad or neglected anymore and I am very happy with how it turned out. While I hope I'm never in need of an autobody shop again, I'm glad I have a business I can trust if anything does happen. Now I just wish I had taken my car in sooner! read more

Fortunately, I'm not exactly an expert on collision repair services because I haven't had much need for them. However, I can't imagine a more pleasant experience than the one I had at Collision Tech. This is not at all what I had expected. Always personable and friendly, through their representative, Sal, they first told me the best time of day to take the car in for an estimate. I thought that was a good sign, that they actually cared about my time. They also had a system where I could send in pictures of the damage, but I didn't use that because I didn't trust it to give me a sense of whom I was dealing with. So, I brought in my car, didn't wait long at all for an estimate, and was told that if I left the car with them "now", they could have it back to me in a very reasonable amount of time. Problem was, I would need a replacement car if I were to leave it then and there. So, they hooked me up with Enterprise Car Rental at a special courtesy rate, and that took care of the replacement car needs. They also told me that they might be able to get my car back really fast if they could get one part in quickly enough (a headlamp) and if their schedule stayed open. Personally, I thought it sounded like a long shot, especially since they took pains to point out that they could definitely not promise that they could get the car finished before their original time estimate. But, they did get it back to me really fast (obviously, they were lucky enough to get the headlamp quickly), and that was immensely helpful and appreciated, considering everything else going on in my life. I went to pick the car up and found the damage beautifully repaired and also found that it had been very expertly detailed. I don't plan to rush out and damage my car again anytime soon. But, if I do, I'm sure I'll be taking it to Collision Tech. I recommend them highly. read more

They did a good job, were very nice, and were able to do the job right way but we had to go back twice. We had them replace the outside drivers door handle on my 2009 Versa. For some reason it just broke. Anyway, there are two pieces to the door handle. For some reason only the largest one was replaced. I guess the guy that actually did the repair didn't notice that the smaller piece was broken too. We discovered this when we went to pick it up. They had only ordered the larger part and had to order the smaller one. Replacing the large part of the latch did fix the problem of not being able to open the door from the outside but the smaller piece was a little loose so we wanted that too. When we want something fixed we want it all fixed and the guy who did the repair should have told the manager who should have told us. We shouldn't have had to be the ones who discovered that there was something else that needed to be fixed. So be sure and let them know upfront that you want to be told if something else needs to be fixed before you pick up the car. When we had looked at the part online (when we were thinking of doing it ourselves) all the sellers sold both pieces as a kit. So we were surprised that they didn't already have both pieces but apparently their supplier sells them separately. Another thing is that they like to be paid in cash. It says on Yelp and on a paper sign on their door that they will take credit cards but when we first contacted them on the phone they insisted on cash. Never said a word about taking credit. They do charge a fee for doing so, but they should have put that on the table as an option instead of making us run to the ATM. We don't carry cash over $20 as a general rule. One more thing, if you want an estimate, you have to give them the cars VIN#. The make, model and year won't do. Their system operates on VINS to bring up the part # needed. All that being said, I would use them again. After all, it all got fixed and very promptly. read more

I had a damaged bumper on my Toyota Camry. After reading the great customer reviews online, I decided to try Collision Tech. I walked into their office and was greeted by Sal. He accompanied me immediately outside to look at the car. He assessed the damage and gave me a couple of options: one "quick, cheap fix", and one that would be done "the right way". I was impressed with Sals' honesty and opted for the more expensive, "right way; a complete front bumper replacement. He said he would need the car for 3 days. He took a deposit for the bumper procurement, my email (which I prefer to texts) and said he would keep me informed of the progress. I received 2 email updates from Sal, including one indicating my car would be done a day early. It was completed a day early! When I picked the car up, the repair was perfect, and the car was washed...It looked like a new car! My thanks to Sal and Collision Tech for their honesty, quality, and efficiency. Got some right front end damage when a family member drove into a stop sign to avoid on coming wrong way traffic. Insurance folks said cheaper to just pay out of pocket rather than the cost of increased rates. So what good is insurance? Excellent question! In any case i went here first based on yelp reviews. Sal was receptive and did a comprehensive estimate. But it was double what i expected. (Turns out i was way off). Got two more estimates and this was a fair price and was a more thorough estimate. So i went ahead and took it back to Sal. He ordered everything and estimated to start on a monday. No upsells, no extras. Would maybe be done friday. Was actually done early. I dont have any experience with body work but daaang i was stunned. Like truly stunned. The paint match was perfect and the repair was flawless. I was honestly and truly impressed. Altho i paid more than i initially expected i felt the quality of work was outstanding. I hope i dont have to do this again soon but i would not hesitate to go there again. Just got my 2002 black Thunderbird back from Collision Tech. What a masterful super detail this shop performed. I had a bunch of minor dents and a passenger door that needed repair plus lots of swirl marks in the original paint. The rear bumper did need to be painted.
