I had an AMAZING EXPERIENCE at Collision Kings! My black Audi S5 was parked in front of my office and someone must've just scraped it with their white car while trying to park . It looked terrible and really obvious. My husband called Chris and he came to assess it . He took a look at it and told me it shouldn't be a big deal to take care of it. (I was a little nervous because the scrapes were pretty big ) We took it in and Chris and his team took care of it . It looked FANTASTIC and I was so surprised to see that you could never tell it had 2 huge scrapes all the way down the side of the door just a few hours before. It looked perfect. Chris has been very helpful during two separate encounters. First, he was able to give me a second opinion after some sloppy work was done at another shop. He advised me to give the other shop a chance to correct their mistakes and I did this with satisfactory resolution. Today we brought two cars to him that had some scratches. He spent about a half an hour buffing the scratches and adding some paint to one scratch. Did not charge us. Did he gain a future customer when we have a fender bender? Yes, of course. Chris and his crew at Collision King are amazing when it comes to truly caring for their customer! Chris listened intently to my dilemma, was polite, friendly and professional. My Infinity's left passenger door wouldn't stay shut and it was "tweeked" when it was slammed too hard in an attempt to get it to close. At first Chris thought a new latch was needed, which wasn't available anywhere. I asked if the door could be closed and locked until a new latch could be found Chris said yes ... bring it in. When Chris' "miracle worker" took a look at it, he asked for my keys, drove the car into the garage, a few minutes later he drove the car back, the door was fixed, no new latch needed AND there was NO CHARGE!!! They went well beyond caring for their customers ... I'll always go back to and refer Collision King for any Auto Body work (not saying they won't charge us in the future tho!) Good Morning!! What an awesome feeling to wake up to my Black SUV looking beautiful again thanks to Chris at Collision King! I mention the color because you can see everything on a black colored car and you can't even tell it was ever damaged!! I was swiped in a parking lot at a shopping center and of course the driver of the other vehicle left! Well Chris was the only good that came out of that situation. He dealt with the insurance company for me and came up with the best solution to keep the cost to a minimum. Needless to say my Tahoe looks new again, and he even brought it to me when it was finished!! Oh, and it was completed in 2 days as promised!!!! Wow where to start...Chris - the owner of this shop is incredibly helpful, personable, and professional. I was involved in a hit and run, the insurance company wanted to replace my parts with used pieces on a leased vehicle. He demanded excellence and fought with the insurance company to receive new parts. The vehicle had more damage then expected, he called me every 3-4 days to update me on what's going on. I remember I searched online for a shop with good reviews and found collision king I thought I was going to have a good experience like the reviews bragged about, but man I couldn't been more wrong I regret taking my truck there with all my guys , to begin Chris said he would help me get a loaner truck (rental) cause rentals places where out of stock , that never happened I was just waiting for him to reach back which he never did , when I picked up my truck it's had white residue all over the dash and driver door and the bed of the truck from where they buffed the truck after the painting process, I cleaned my self what I could and I didn't complain because the truck took a lot more days to be finished than what he had promised, later my back bumper was getting lose just by me driving the truck , he had taken the bumper off to paint so I took the truck back and he tightened the bumper himself , and today after months from that I went tu put a new digital plate that I ordered and I found that he had disconnected the wires for the previous digital plate that was in place when he did the body work and paint , they also pulled brackets that hold wires in place under the truck and damaged and didn't replace them so they were lose wires all over , one wire was snap completely and all of that just to take a bumper off and put it back , my truck was custom built by rocky ridge and I paid a lot of money for there good and awesome work , and then I had this shop mess up my truck like that , I don't recommend collision king to anyone and I would never bring a vehicle here again , I honestly don't know why they have good reviews, I've never had this bad of an experience before . read more

My Lexus has very complicated computerized systems which they had to disconnect and reset when they were finished.
