I was worried because a new bumper for my particular vehicle was no longer available but the Collision Experts said they will handle it. Told me they needed 3 days but had the work done in 2 days. Good body shops are hard to find. I needed some work done on the hood of my BMW Z4. They did an amazing job matching the color on the paint and you can just tell that it is really good work. They also had it done on the day that they promised it would be done. I only spent a total of 10 min at the place including dropping off and picking up. These guys are great! I got into a collision where I rear ended someone and I was worried my car would never look good again! But I brought it to these guys and they were very helpful and honest, said they couldn't give me a complete estimate right away because it would take opening up the hood and looking at every part. I was worried but they helped me out and were extremely willing to help me out with my insurance and the rental. If you don't have rental in your insurance they will still try to help. As for the repairs, I was told it would be about 2 1/2 weeks, they did it in 1 1/2. I couldn't be happier enough and they make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your car even after you drive it back home. There's always there stereotype that some mechanics/body shop owners will overcharge you or that they only work for themselves....well you won't find that here. I have always taken my cars here for years. I have never once had a problem with their repair work, the lines when then had to change body panels always lined up, never had to come back because my headlights were not aligned, perfect color matching, and a friendly shop. There was one case where he was able to repair a rear quarter panel without having to cut and weld a new piece on. They just simply do great work and are good folks to do business with. read more

Auday, is a hands on owner. He will go out of his way to accommodate you above and beyond. I formally worked at Lexus San Diego in the Pre-Owned Sales department for 12 years. We had them do our work, and I referred a lot of my customers there. All were very satisfied. In the last two years I personally used them, one for my lady friend's car that Geico Totaled, it was a 2012 Camry Hybrid with low miles. I called Auday, he had it towed to his place, had Geico come out to reevaluate it. He was able to get it back to perfect. A good friend of mine had a similar accident with her Tahoe. She had to go out of town, we had it towed to Auday, from a body shop in Carlsbad that she had always used. She got much better service with Auday. I recently had an incident with my 2013 Tacoma. Geico let me take it any where I wanted. I chose Collison Experts in Lemon Grove. At Lexus we also referred to a couple of other prime Body Shops closer to our area.
