The other day, a trainer was working with a client and acted like she owned the place. My buddy and I went to use some equipment in the same general area, and before we even got started, she waved us off and told us we couldn't be there -- like the whole section was "hers." Look, I get it. Personal trainers need space sometimes. Fine. But this is a public gym that everyone pays for. You don't get to block off a whole area and bark at members like they're in your way. If she had just said it politely, no problem. But the attitude was unreal. I'm old school. Basic respect goes a long way. This whole thing left a bad taste in my mouth and made the gym look unprofessional.

Not to mention, the community of the class and being with other pregnant women in the area has cultivated a supportive environment where we can share our struggles, achievements, and our motivations throughout the pregnancy journey!
