It is so very hard to put into words how amazing Livefit is. Many years ago I joined a boot camp place similar to Livefit and thought it was good. I just had two out of my three kids and needed to back my body back into shape. After time, however, I was not happy because it became very mundane and there was little motivation or encouragement from the instructors. I had my third child and was feeling very unhappy because of where my body was after having 3 kids in less than 4 years. I heard of Livefit and since it was close to where I lived I thought I would try it...and I LOVED it! I immediately left the other business and started going to Livefit and have been there ever since. I lost almost all of my baby weight and have been able to keep it off which is key. This is because Livefit provides an environment where it is motivating, positive, caring, encouraging yet challenging. Adina and all the instructors care about you and your health and well being. They get to know you and make the effort to do the little things that other business do not and will not do. They teach you how to eat right, how to have perfect form, and how to LIVE healthy long term and not just for a few months. And with Livefit you get not just an amazing place to live healthy and work out and learn how to eat right...you gain a family and all of these things make it one of my favorite places to go because it's like I'm hanging out with my best friends and not just working out. If you do anything...try it and see for yourself...it will be the best, most life changing decision you'll ever make...like it was for me!!! read more

LiveFIT.. where to begin? I was new to the area and doing morning walks around the neighborhood when I ran into some other ladies talking about classes at this place called LiveFIT. I've done the gym thing before with some success but never stayed because it got boring. The more I heard about LiveFit it started to get in my head that I need to go check this place out... what did I have to lose? So one day I decided to give it a try and BAM! Shockwave of a heathy addiction had begun. These classes and instructors are amazing and the community at this studio is like no other that I've experienced in past years. They are very supportive and never make you feel guilty if you need the extra modifications or an extra break.. ( yes at some other gyms they really would make you feel bad about yourself). Here at LiveFIT they truly understand that we are all at different levels in our fitness journey and they want to help.. not just get a paycheck. Adina and her team of coaches offer a full resource rich fitness program. Group classes are fun and intense with all the great equipment needed. You can get cardio and strength training. In addition, fitness challenges and healthy eating weight loss challenges are available. Personal assessment of your body composition also is available. Signing up for classes is easy with an online process. BUT the absolute best thing is that this is a community. Everyone knows your name and coaches and participants encourage each other. LiveFit is an incredible gym that has the best coaches. Every coach is encouraging and will take the time to help you with any issues. All of the people that go to LiveFit are also extremely welcoming, and you immediately get the feeling that you are part of a team and a family when you go there. It's so much more than a gym. The classes are all outstanding as well. I haven't been to one that I haven't loved, and they always encourage you to challenge yourself and help you along the way. Not only are the instructors incredible and the classes they offer amazing but I have made so many new friendships at Livefit. The tribe of women you are around every day is incredible and so encouraging. Classes range from cycle, bootcamp, dance to yoga and there are multiple times available each day to attend. LiveFIT38002 has a great staff that really care about the people attending their classes. They offer lots of modifications to meet you at whatever fitness level you are at. They offer challenging workouts with lots of variety so each class feels different. I recommend bootcamps, purepower, TRX and the cycle classes. read more
