When my parents passed away, the lamp was shipped from Texas to Michigan to one of my brothers. When my brother in Michigan passed, my sister in law said she was sending it back to me in Texas. That was four years ago. She finally got around to sending it to me. It was packed and shipped by UPS. When it arrived I was very excited to have it, but very heartbroken when I saw that it had been damaged. I contacted my Ray Staebel via Yelp, and we made an appointment for me to come to his shop. We had a great chat about the lamp and some of our life's history while we worked on the lamp together to make the repair. I am very grateful for Mr. Staebel.

I also noticed that they drop prices so if you're willing to take a risk and wait, keep checking. Restocked regularly. I came two weeks apart and saw a whole bunch of new interesting merchandise. For my fellow parents with small children: The other shop is large and has shopping carts where you can place your kids. This one does not as it's smaller and in a house. Tabitha quickly responded to my inquiries about getting work done on several pieces of furniture. She came to the house and did some initial repairs on the trimwork on a large antique cabinet. Her pricing for the work was reasonable and the quality is excellent. Additionally, I delivered to her a round wooden breakfast table that needed to be stripped and restained and an old bed frame that had a broken spindle between the posts. She completed the work according to the estimated schedule and the quality was excellent. I was very pleased with the work she did for us and will contact her again when other projects come up. She was very professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend her for anyone needing furniture refinishing work or furniture repairs.
