A strong note: I know nothing about antiques and pricing. But since I was here just walking around, I could see something's that triggered my child hood. Some old glasses. And a tin can, books, etc. There was a nice lady busy, moving things around, and staging items etc. Really is a lot to see. And different rooms to move about. Everything was clearly priced with little white tags. Even though I didn't buy anything, I did enjoy my walk around. Some items just remembered me of my childhood, and that was a nice experience in itself.

For better deals, check out Relics & Antiques down the block. The only thing that bugged me was their stacked wall art section. It was packed too tight thus it was impossible to flip through. The only option was to take things out and place them on the floor -- I decided to just give up. I mostly visit antique shops to look for wall art so this was disappointing. Great location right across from parking lot as well as parking garage.

Saw things anywhere between the 17th century to the 21st century. The older antiques are generally more expensive. The booths are managed by individual sellers so pricing can be a hit or miss depending on each seller. My husband and I found retro early 2000's pumpkin lights that we snatched up. Also DVD's. There were so many other things I would have loved to get like vintage silk pajama dress, or lamps, or candlestick holders, Staffordshire dog statues, etc... but my wallet said no lol. So many shoplifting signs. I get it but seeing them over and over and over is annoying. Makes it seem they think everyone is a thief. It's pretty packed with a variety of antiques at different price points. There is a large garden area with outdoor decor as well. The place smells wonderful -- they make sure you're smelling a holiday potpourri and not dusty antiques :) There was definitely a cohesive style and tone to the items here which I appreciated. Unfortunately, that style isn't for me (I lean toward the quirky, bizarre, and whimsical). This was more quaint and rustic. But I definitely enjoyed walking through here nonetheless, particularly because of how pleasant the shop is. Oh and the staff is extremely friendly! I wouldn't bring small children here unless they're in a front carrier. I wore my 1-year-old on me and it was fine. I've previously brought my 3-year-old in a small stroller to other antique shops and it worked out. I wouldn't do that here. The aisles are tight and it's full of breakable, valuable stuff. So babies or older kids would do best. Keep the toddlers away.

What a cool 'hidden find' in the Leander area!…read more It's a bit of a misnomer to call this a 'flea market', but that's a minor point to quibble over. Rather, this is a collection of rather eclectic shops selling mostly used or refurbished items. These range from vintage glass and antique furniture all the way to collectible baseball cards. Everyone I spoke to at one of the stores was friendly and sometimes willing to negotiate a price on an item. I look askance at some of the reviews which claim 'I didn't get a deal'. You have access to the internet, after all. Even on your smart phone. You should be able to find out if the vintage item you're looking for hasn't been cheaply reproduced at Hobby Lobby, Cost Plus or Michael's. The facility still seems to be in development, so a couple notes for folks who may visit close to when I did, in September 2017. 1) The parking lot is a very rough gravel one. Drive slowly and walk carefully, there are ankle-turning rocks here if you wear heels. 2) One of the vendors was having serious issues taking credit cards, so having cash on hand might be a good idea. 3) If you check in on Yelp, there's a free drink offer available at the food trailer. However, there's no food trailer yet - just a well-run inside snack bar. They were kind enough to honor the offer for me, but do them a favor and wait until they get a vendor in before trying to use the coupon. In sum, a definite place to visit if the antique hunting bug strikes!

The shop is a collaboration of numerous antique collectors under one roof, and I have to admit the selection is quite impressive. Just when you thought you'd seen everything inside, there's a door that leads to the back which leads you into another large space that is non-air conditioned. Everything here is very well laid out and the prices aren't ridiculous. There are so many things to see here that I decided to let the pictures below tell the story.
