At $200, I expected a thorough, all-inclusive service--unfortunately, the results did not match the price. Positives: - The rear trunk and carpets were nicely vacuumed. - Both the carpet and all-weather floor mats were cleaned thoroughly. - The doors appeared properly detailed. - The milkshake spill on the rear seat was partially addressed. Negatives: - The carpet floor mats were still damp at pickup, which risks mold growth. - Despite being "Premium" interior detailing, the rear seats were not entirely clean; you can still see milkshake residue in the perforations of the leather. - The plastic around the climate control and steering column seems to have been scrubbed with an abrasive pad or brush, leaving deep scratches that will be difficult to buff out. - The windows were not cleaned, and the head unit, gauge cluster, dashboard, and sunglasses holder were untouched--dust was still visible in those areas. - My USB-C charger, which was plugged in when I dropped the car off, went missing. Overall, I believe this detailing shop should seriously consider overhauling its packages to better align with the prices charged. For instance, a $200 "Premium Interior Detailing" should include a complete interior wipe-down (including all windows and surfaces) rather than nickel-and-diming customers for basic services. As it stands, you only get exactly what's listed, leaving much to be desired for a so-called "premium" package.

In this day and age that is not easy to accomplish. Then I decided I would visit their facility (funny thing is when I was a kid that building used to be an Ice Skating Ring), this is when I met Sunny. Sunny gave me a tour, showed me some cars and explained the process. He even offered after service to walk me through how to properly care for my car and go over all the do's and don'ts to ensure long term protection. To top it all off they use "Wax is Dead" ceramic coating (which is rated very high as well). I ended up taking advantage of a deal they were offering, which is extremely competitive. Actually, it is more than competitive when you factor in their reviews, top shelf product and a great staff (especially Sunny). Personally I went with the 10 year coating. This is the type of business that I will gladly and confidently refer my friends and family to! I was able to walk down El Camino to Coupa Caffe (which is about 10 minute walk) and wait there. That was very convenient as I didn't have to take an uber anywhere but was able to enjoy the nice sunshine with a brisk walk. Highly recommend going to go get a coffee while you wait!
