Although they have plenty of washers (2-load, 4-load, and 6-load), it did get bust around noon. But everyone there was very patient, and no one was trying to unload other people's machines. The wifi was great and it allowed me to play games while my laundry got done. The washer and dryers were very clean and there was no aftersmell from the water in the washer. The dryer was perfect and got al of my clothes dry in under an hour. All in all, it was a great experience, and if my washer breaks again, I know where to come in a pinch.

Highly recommended and will be back for future use.

Beyond customer service--this was something I could never have imagined…read more Ree'née went far beyond the standard laundry service. I walked in prepared to wash my own dog bed and towels from my 16-year-old Lab, who is on her way to heaven. My heart was already breaking. Angel Ree'née stepped in, cried with me, hugged me tightly, and simply said: "I'll take care of everything. Come back in an hour." That moment meant more to me than she will ever know. She didn't just take care of my laundry--she took care of me during one of the hardest moments. That is the kind of person you remember. That is the kind of business you support. And that is what true customer service looks like. Thank you, Ree'née, for showing compassion, kindness, and genuine care when I needed it most. If you're looking for a laundry service that treats you like a person--not just a customer--this is it.
