Such an easy fix! Add the same slow-close mechanism you already have on the door to the outside patio. Or at least put a note on the door and ask the staff to close it gently. And finally, when it was time to pay, the server stood right there looking over my shoulder while I used the portable terminal. It's uncomfortable and makes you feel pressured to leave a 20% tip -- especially awkward when the service you just received was not deserving of 20%.
