It has the Rail House restaurant, End…read moreZone Sports Bar, a 33-lane bowling alley, several dozen arcade games, laser tag, escape rooms, space for private events, and more. For years, my family has been coming here for birthday parties and everyday fun. More recently, my husband had a work event here, and his employees seemed to enjoy the foods, drinks, and games. I think that the restaurant's casual foods such as pizzas and its alcoholic beverages such as cocktails taste very good. The kids "loved" the bowling and arcade games and spent hours playing them. The games are fun for adults, too (I liked the air hockey and laser tag, although I am not the most skilled at them!). The only problem that we have had was that a photo printer was out of paper, and we had to wait for the paper to be replaced. The employees spoke nicely with us.

This place has bright lights fun music and food and drinks BUT they are price gouging its patrons…read more We came on a weekend day and it's $65/hour!!!! We were going to do two but not with those prices. And honestly I get it a LITTLE bit BUT THE amount of time wasted on waiting for the pins to reset or getting our balls back is half the time. My uncle is a bowler and has his own ball and it kept getting stuck as well as their own balls but they blamed it on having his own. We barely got through two games in an hour. This is not the place if you want to just bowl and have a good time. This is the place if you want to go to Dave and busters but have less games and more kids

Very mom and pop, not updated but usually don't mind if we are supporting local businesses…read more However, the last two times we were here a young girl who claimed to be the owner, but after being told that she was about 20 and we knew she couldn't be the owner, said she was the owners daughter. Medium height, long straight brown hair, and thin, has quite possibly the worst attitude I have ever seen. Entitled, rude, and has no idea how to communicate with patrons. The first encounter with her someone in our party tripped walking and she screamed at him accusing him of being drunk. He was so embarrassed the family said they are never going back. The second time we went she yelled at the kids because one gave the other a bear hug, totally over reacting. Very unfortunate because the people that actually work there are very nice. This girl is just absolutely miserable and clearly an entitled brat. I would rather drive to zone 28 or a bigger place any day than patronize this local business. Very unfortunate and highly DO NOT recommend.

We were given a tour of the back by a lady who I would assume is either the manager or owner. She was so nice and I really enjoyed getting to see how all of the machines worked. They have a surprisingly full menu with a decent selection at the bar too. I enjoyed the pub fries which were unhealthy, heavenly goodness. After bowling we spent another hour laughing at the bar with a pizza. This place is great for your family, friend, or work gatherings. I genuinely consider this a hidden gem and I know my colleagues and I will be back. Why go to a bar for happy hour when you can do that and bowl at the same time?

Arsenal Lanes elevates bowling to an entirely new level. The 44th street entrance opens to a grand steep staircase the brings you up to the primary bowling lanes. The decor brings you back to the grandeur of the 1920's Pittsburgh. There are beautiful period pieces salvaged from all over Pittsburgh that make up the front desk and the bar. Walking behind the lanes brings you to a second grand room with even more bowling lanes. There's a beautiful bar and kitchen has the most comfortable red velvet seat found in Pittsburgh in 2026. The kitchen makes great bowling alley food like pizza, burgers and nachos. The food is inexpensive and every day they have different bowling experiences that are inexpensive and so fun!! If you are looking for a fun time that takes you back to a time when bowling was part of the community fabric, please give Arsenal Lanes a try!! Lawrenceville is also one of the most vibrant dynamic neighborhoods in Pittsburgh so after bowling you can get great coffee or dessert right around the corner!! Enjoy!!

I'm struggling. What am I reviewing? I honestly don't know where to begin…read more Ok I do like starting with the good. The place is fun. Especially for groups and for kids. The place has a wide open and welcoming environment. Sure it gets busy, but you never feel without space to stretch out. The bowing, the games, and the slides are all great. Lots of fun. And tons of "free" stuff to do in there. I enjoy that you can bring in outside food. I wish that they had napkins or something for you, but not a big deal! The beer variety is great and the cocktails are pretty good. Can you tell I'm eager to get to the bad? It's the service. Mainly the bar service. This is a sample size of probably 10+ times being here and without a doubt, most of the bartenders are miserable, not polite, always act as if you are inconveniencing them. It's wild. It's not always the same person. I see new bartenders all the time there and without fail, they are really bad. The woman who was working the first floor main bar on Saturday 1/17 around 1:30pm was by far the worst. She was so bad that I'm at a breaking point and I need to avoid this place for awhile. Pins Mechanical - please fix this culture of bad service. It's a shame and unnecessary.
