Front desk staff was friendly and took the time to explain the different leagues available and found us a flyer to take home to decide if we wanted to join. The lanes worked great and only got stuck once in the whole 1.5hrs we played. A worker immediately noticed we needed help and fixed it quickly. I'll definitely be coming back here to bowl! Especially keep an eye out for Open House day, where you bowl for 2hrs free.

Walked in with my hubby around 7 on a Friday evening and was able to get a lane. We took advantage of the buy two games get a third half off and included shoe rentals special. It took us about an hour to play....hubby did really well... he didn't tell me he played on a league before we were married. I live, I learn ...at least I didn't take any of his bets. There are snacks, a full bar and arcade games to extend the evening out if you are interested.

The place has a wide open and welcoming environment. Sure it gets busy, but you never feel without space to stretch out. The bowing, the games, and the slides are all great. Lots of fun. And tons of "free" stuff to do in there. I enjoy that you can bring in outside food. I wish that they had napkins or something for you, but not a big deal! The beer variety is great and the cocktails are pretty good. Can you tell I'm eager to get to the bad? It's the service. Mainly the bar service. This is a sample size of probably 10+ times being here and without a doubt, most of the bartenders are miserable, not polite, always act as if you are inconveniencing them. It's wild. It's not always the same person. I see new bartenders all the time there and without fail, they are really bad. The woman who was working the first floor main bar on Saturday 1/17 around 1:30pm was by far the worst. She was so bad that I'm at a breaking point and I need to avoid this place for awhile. First of all, the little attached bar was unattended, so we were directed to go to the main bar to get drinks. It's a little inconvenient when you're bowling because then you have to wait on whomever left to get the drinks. The most disappointing thing was how the older man treated us! He seemed like he had a larger role than just an employee- not sure if he was a manager. At 12:30 on the dot he turned the light back on and shut our lane down in the middle of the game. I went to ask him if he could give us access to our lane and he looked back at the clock and said, "Your time is up." I responded that it says they are open until 1, in which he said, "Oh, did you see that online?" When I told him that yes, I saw it online he acted as if he was doing me a favor and told me that he "guesses" we can bowl until 1 then. MEANWHILE, there was a large group of people a few lanes down that were not being subjected to this behavior from this man! He didn't touch their lane!
