Front desk staff was friendly and took the time to explain the different leagues available and found us a flyer to take home to decide if we wanted to join. The lanes worked great and only got stuck once in the whole 1.5hrs we played. A worker immediately noticed we needed help and fixed it quickly. I'll definitely be coming back here to bowl! Especially keep an eye out for Open House day, where you bowl for 2hrs free.

First of all, the little attached bar was unattended, so we were directed to go to the main bar to get drinks. He seemed like he had a larger role than just an employee- not sure if he was a manager. At 12:30 on the dot he turned the light back on and shut our lane down in the middle of the game. I went to ask him if he could give us access to our lane and he looked back at the clock and said, "Your time is up." I responded that it says they are open until 1, in which he said, "Oh, did you see that online?" When I told him that yes, I saw it online he acted as if he was doing me a favor and told me that he "guesses" we can bowl until 1 then. MEANWHILE, there was a large group of people a few lanes down that were not being subjected to this behavior from this man! He didn't touch their lane!
