Con Shine came out looked at my project and was helpful and knowledgeable in what I needed. Initially I was looking to replace three specialty transom windows, but after a walk through with him and his clear advice, I added two more windows, a door and storm door to the project. Things started going downhill from this point. Con started taking forever to get back to me. He stated this was because the owner was going back and forth on whether he wanted to do this job due to logistics with the specialty windows. Finally he sent over a draft contract with a price point which I agreed to asking him to send over a final contract which I'd sign and provide 1st payment. I never got that contract. The next thing I heard was from another sales person John Poulos who called me and wanted me to email him all correspondence with Con and told me Con no longer worked there. After some back and forth, due to his email going into my spam folder, I sent all documentation, emails with quotes, and other email correspondence over to John. I sent him an email to coordinate a time he could come over as he wanted to see the windows himself. I never heard another word back. At this point, I cut my losses with all the time I spent trying to do business with them and have since gone elsewhere. The total time I spent from first contact to being ghosted by them was April 17, 2026 - July 6, 2026. So, if you have a project with specialty windows or you need to get a project done quickly, I'd look elsewhere. I'm giving a two star only because 1) initial contact went well and 2) the current company I'm using price matched the contract they sent over saving me about a thousand dollars.

The 1 hour it would take him to give me a estimate wasn't worth his time. I wanted vinyl windows and he wanted to sell fiberglass ones or higher grad. We can't say enough great things about Langley Remodeling! They recently renovated two of our…read morebathrooms, updated all our lighting, added crown molding and wainscoting, built a gorgeous custom entertainment center, did some painting, and replaced the carpet on our stairs -- and everything turned out amazing! From day one, the owner UE impressed us with his knowledge, attention to details and creative suggestions. He personally came out to discuss our project and even helped us stay within our budget. The project managers, Starlyn and Kenia, were both fantastic -- super responsive, organized, and just a joy to work with. We texted and called throughout the process and they always made sure everything was on track. The crew was awesome -- very respectful, clean, and clearly proud of their work. They finished ahead of schedule and the quality blew us away. It's so rare to find a remodeling team that delivers this level of professionalism, craftsmanship, and genuine care. If you're thinking about any home renovation, we 100% recommend Langley Remodeling. We're already planning to work with them again!

Let me first start by saying if you are looking for a company to do a remodeling project, large or…read moresmall, we highly recommend calling Langley Remodeling. We had an excellent experience from start to finish. We moved into our home nearly 9 years ago with a completely unfinished basement, and we were ready to build our dream basement. We first contacted a contractor that we had previously used and whose work we were happy with but as circumstances would have it and several months later with no progress, we parted ways with him and began our search for someone new. After scouring the internet and reading multiple reviews, we decided on our top 3 companies to interview. In the end, we decided on Langley, and we are so happy we chose them. From the very beginning, you feel like a valued customer. They responded promptly to my initial inquiry and later that evening we were talking to UE, the president of the company, about our project. UE was very friendly, patient, and transparent about how their company works and explained in detail their process from the design to the construction. We knew what we wanted in our basement, but it was the design where we most needed direction. When UE first came out to our house, he spent more time than any of the other contractors we had interviewed going over our project and taking measurements, photos and video of our basement. He promised one of his designers would be contacting us in a couple of weeks because they were finishing up other projects; however, Pinar, our designer, reached out to us within a week and immediately guided us, inquiring about our interests and style. She gave suggestions on how best to communicate our interests like sending her pictures and/or setting up a Pinterest board, which worked well for us. Throughout the design process, Pinar was patient, creative, and a pleasure to work with. If we had different thoughts about her rendering, she would be open to our ideas and would incorporate them into her design. Construction began very soon after we agreed on the design and contract details. Our project manager Starlyn and assistant project manager Kenia were very professional and pleasures to work with. Starlyn was very patient with us and was at our job site practically every day making sure progress was moving along. As first-time customers and since the project was quite large, we were naturally a bit stressed about how things would go, but Starlyn was patient and understanding, and he would address all our questions or concerns as they came up. All the construction workers were Langley employees from the carpenters, plumbers, painters and electricians. We really did not interact with them too much but when we did, they too were very polite and professional. At the end of every day, my wife and I would look at the progress, and we could tell they were very skilled due to the quality in the craftsmanship. I could keep going about how excellent our experience with Langley was, but I will let the photos of our project do the talking. Again, if you are looking for a contractor for your home improvement project, we highly recommend Langley!

I am currently in the process of attempting to recover monies swindled from a client of Atrium…read moreInteriors. Let me explain - this business presents many different silos within their organization - custom furniture, blinds, window treatments, etc. What they do not tell you is that the companies they recommend are "sub-contractors" for them. Here is what happened in the Fall of 2014 - my friend/client strolls into Atrium taken with the beauty of the showroom and furniture. There she tells them she is looking to have draperies done for her home. They connect her with a "Terry" who they admit to knowing who comes out to the house of my client and proceeds to sell her draperies where he gets deposits (totaling almost $10,000) for the purchase of fine French fabric and this Terry takes her existing draperies which she paid $52,000 for. Here is where the story is typical - of course Terry runs off and has one excuse after another for not showing up with merchandise or her money back. To date, she has received nothing, no deposits back, no new fabric nor the draperies removed from her house. Enter me, I am bought into this in a desperate attempt to reach this Terry or help get her draperies and money back. I stroll into Atrium and immediately know this is a scam operation - check out their web site and if you don't see scam written all over it you need glasses. Long story short Mr. Pinto (owner?) admits to not only knowing Terry and L'Atelier USA LLC but admits that he put this guy in front of my client for the sole purpose of selling her draperies and while he also clearly told me "I'm aware tht Terry has been scamming people" he contends that he has nothing to do with it and cannot help - he cannot tell you where Terry is, where your money is and the best he can offer is an apology. Yet HE, Mr. Pinto put this scam artist in front of these clients that got screwed and why you ask - so he can get a cut of the money. My client is an elderly person who has done well in life but this kind of scam is disgusting whether you have money or not and are young or old. This business is a complete shell of a company and a scam to steal your money. I will follow-up with this and make enough noise with the State Attorney's office, BBB, anyone I have to in an attempt to shut these crooks down. ENTER THERE GLOSSY STORE AT YOUR OWN RISK and GIVE THEM NO MONEY FOR DEPOSITS.
