Long story, but short version is when he said I slandered him for leaving a bad review, and I responded it's not slander if it's true, his response was to quote what the Bible says about slander. I'm Christian too, but that's no way to run a business. I asked him to leave and he stood at my doorstep and continued to argue. Later he called and left me a voicemail just so he could call me a liar, so I guess i don't need to tell you much more about his professionalism. I'll call another company to resolve this issue. Hard pass.

Also, he exercised some flexibility on pricing & delivery options. He provided a great referral for an electrician for running the dedicated AC box for the spa, and his team did a great job of communicating when it came to delivery and installation. I also had a service visit scheduled for "first thing" Tuesday morning. When I called Tuesday at noon when no one showed up at first they confirmed yes they were late, and then called back later to say "we had confusion and they were to come on Thursday". They obviously do not care about customers and even after I canceled my service appointment no one still called to apologize. Save yourself the trouble and call someone else that will atleast fake acting like they care.

Closing was delayed for 3 weeks because of plumbing and pool issues from the freeze. There was this specific part that everyone seem to be looking for. It was a hard find, but during the time it took to get to the sellers to fix the pool, I reached out to Chris and he said he had used part that was still good. He was willing to help us by letting us "borrow" the part until the new one arrived. By doing this, it allowed us to get the pool running and get the other issues fixed. We were able to close on the house that week. On top of that, he dropped off the part and picked it up. This is an extreme act of kindness. He doesn't even know who we are. He didn't demand or ask us to use his service. Most people would say we have to use their service to get the part. We didnt because the seller used their own pool guy and the guy was already involved from the beginning of the process. The people in the FB group highly recommended Chris because he came to fix their pool and their neighbors' pools. Everyone was having pool issues and it was so hard to get parts and for someone to come out. I really appreciate Chris for his generosity and for helping a stranger. We will be using him after we move into our house. This says a lot about someone. I hardly post reviews but I do when they did something super awesome and kind. Thank you so much, Chris!!!

I sent numerous emails, texts, and left several phone messages of concern. All were unanswered until I sent a notice to discontinue service! Took water sample to local pool store. That statement proved that either; they don't know what they are doing, or they just collect a premium fee, and provide minimal service! They prey on homeowners that have no experience or knowledge of cleaning their own pool, or working their own pool equipment.
