They have 6 rotating flavors available at a time. When I visited, the flavors included Chocolate Chip, Brookie, Reese's Peanut Butter Cup S'more, Pecan Pie, Carrot Cake, Better Than Pumpkin Pie. They also have: Crookie (the viral croissant cookie) and Cravelets (10 pack of bite-sized chocolate chip cookies). This is also one of the only places in the area where you can get a LOADED SODA! Try one of their curated flavor combinations or mix & match over 20 syrups to make your perfect drink. I love mine with Dr. Pepper, lime and coconut cream.

When I arrived, I gave them my order…read morename and she told me there would be a 10 min wait on the cookies because they were in the oven. Turns out, they only had ONE out of the roughly 7 or 8 flavors ready to be served. When two gentlemen came in, the worker told them there was a wait on all of the cookies and seemed to be telling them to not order because it would take so long. She told them one of the cookies that they ordered would take 22 minutes because they were JUST put in the oven. There is no reason why there should be only be ONE cookie flavor ready for customers at a COOKIE shop with over an hour until close left. I waited 10 minutes for my cookie to be so burning hot, right out of the oven that I couldn't even eat it for another 10 minutes. The workers did nothing to make it up either. I have been going to Crave almost weekly for months now and I was very disappointed today.

They refused to provide a refund or replace the order with something else. The only English speaking lady claimed there was no manager in the building, and later claimed she was the manager. She claimed that if she gave my friend a refund, she would get fired, and resulted in police needing to be contacted. I order a taiyaki and it was burnt and overcooked. Had to wait +30 mins. Italian soda was also 90% ice. DO NOT COME HERE. Ambiance was meh.

I highly recommend coffee here. I got a cortado and it was excellent. If you don't know your…read morecoffees well though, just know cortados are going to be much smaller volume in a bigger sized cup (unless the store specifically has smaller sized cups). My son was holding my coffee and was like, "Mom, they didn't give you a lot of coffee." I had to explain it was how the cortado was suppose to be made and I expected the cup not to be full. Anywho...it was excellent flavor, brewed correctly and the steamed milk did not over power the espresso itself. Very nice cup. Now, I do wish my brain had been functioned correctly because I came in to order bagels for some camp kiddos for breakfast the next day. I asked if they were house made or brought in. As soon as I was told they weren't house made I should have ended my order with the cortado. However, I wasn't thinking and was in a hurry to get back on the road. I ordered 5 bagels, 3 with cream cheese and 2 with butter. I expected to be charged some for cream cheese, but thought butter would be free. It isn't, they charge for it. I didn't know if there would be butter available at the camp the next morning so I just ordered it anyways. I think butter should always be free with bagels/bread/toast/etc. these bagels were like bagels I would buy at Walmart...but instead of paying like $2-$4 (great value or Thomas brands) for 6 bagels. I needed up paying about $4 a bagel! again, wasn't thinking or I would have canceled out the bagels. It wasn't until it would have been awkwardly too late to cancel them bagging them and asking for a refund that I realized how much I had just spent. Then when I saw the bagels, my gut just kind of dropped, cause they were not great quality bagels. But, kids had food the next morning and it wasn't the end of the world. Learned a lesson. They did cut the bagels in half which would have bothered me more if they weren't for kids but again would have been nice for them to ask first as we weren't eating them that day. However, despite the bagels, I'd still recommend trying them out, especially for coffee. They looked like they had some good bakery options, salads looked fresh and full of ingredients, and they had lots and lots on their menu!

Service was great, and the guy at the counter was polite and very nice. The rating is low because…read morethe cupcakes just did not taste good. We ordered a red velvet and a vanilla cupcake. The vanilla cupcake had grainy frosting where the sugar had not been properly creamed into the butter or fat and it was too sweet. It actually made me cough from how the sugar hit the back of my throat. The cake was very light, but nothing tasted like vanilla. It tasted like sugar and air. There was also entirely too much frosting for the density and size of the cupcake, and I say that as a person who usually loves frosting. The vanilla cupcake was both soft /falling apart and slightly overcooked at the same time. The red velvet was more balanced in flavor. However, it had the same sugary buttercream as the vanilla instead of the traditional cream cheese that one would expect with a red velvet cake and that frosting made it just too sugary to eat. The texture of the red velvet cupcake was better than the vanilla, though a bit too dry. I'm not sure what the people who gave this high reviews eight or what their exposure to food is, but this definitely did not do it for us.
