Probably the worst ordering system I've ever encountered. In fact some jerk cut in front of me and another person because of this failed system. They don't even have any literature explaining this poor system either. Finally get my order in and take a seat, ordered the triple cheeseburger and fries and a coke. It didn't take long to get and have to say, food was good. The burger seemed a tad smaller than other locations. Food was a more expensive than other locations too, Springfield location is the worst and most expensive though. They don't have indoor seating, fyi. I would return, but would recommend preordering to avoid their poor service.

I've enjoyed a few smash burgers but it's just something about this place that always keeps coming back whenever I'm in town. The lemon custard is absolutely my favorite hands downs. The burgers are simple but good, this spot was doing smash burgers before they were ever even a big thing. The staff are always pleasant, I don't think I've ever had a bad interaction. It's just a cute little small town family owned business and you really get that vibe when you're there.

There is a small bar that you can sit at or some tables both inside and outside, so there are options depending on your needs. Also, their muffins were pretty tasty. It would be nice if they had some other options for food like a simple egg sandwich, but it was nice to at least have a muffin. Comparable to cafes in larger urban areas. Definitely recommend.

I think the chai and cappuccino are alright. The service is usually OK, though on our last trip the owner left someone in charge to didn't seem to know what the heck was going on. It was so exciting to see homemade jams, freshly picked peaches and cider. I ended up getting the cutest soy eucalyptus candle, a bunch of ciders, a measurement shot glass, kettle popcorn and organic bug repellent. All things I never knew I needed, until now :) I wish this shop was bigger and more expansive but I'd be in trouble because I'd end up buying more than I bargained for. The home made cider was incredible. They made it into a slushee and it was so good, ended up getting two cups full and then two for the road. It was also neat that the cider didn't need to be refrigerated, making it so much easier to transport cross country. The staff here was also super friendly and welcoming which also is an added plus. Highly recommend stopping here if you ever find yourself in Sullivan, Illinois!
