Took a couple of friends here after the FL Panthers game around 1110pm. The ice cream store was hopping but the line was moving quickly. Except for the Panther loss the customers seem to be happy. Plenty of ice cream flavors to choose from, in addition to fantastic sweet candy toppings. We chose our ice cream flavor of chocolate with Reese's Peanut Butter Cup and a few other flavors. We watched our ice cream maker go to work on the ice cold slab - part of the experience at Cold Stone. The masterpiece was complete and paid $6.45 for a small size. Back in the day, that was the price of the "Gotta Have It" LOL... those days are long gone... We sat inside and started chatting while eating our delish cold treat, BUT, the five employee girls were having a way better time, literally screaming behind the counter, overpowering our voices, for a full ten minutes - they were having a blast, so the great experience became an annoyance and we left early aggravated, which could have been avoided. No way a manager was on staff, I sure hope not for the owner's sake. The bathroom was very clean and the ice cream was tasty. Not sure if I would come back to this location. Would have given a strong 4 star rating but due to the blatant disrespect for customers, sadly I simply cannot. I am a loose rater but unfortunately only 2.6 stars here at this point. read more

Yummy ice cream!! Will be back with my grands. Although crowded service was quick and efficient.

I love this place! The icecream is superb and mix-ins keep it fun. The service is always super friendly and quick. Ambiance is nice and there is a great indoor and outdoor seating to enjoy your icecream from. I've been to other cold stone locations and this one seems well run compared. Props! read more

YUM! This ice cream is the best. Great quality, yummy flavors, and a HUGE selection of toppings. Every time I come here there is always a long line. However, they are always properly staffed and try their best to keep the line moving. I especially love that there are so many options with the menu items. You can choose from shakes, sundaes, scoops, cones, cups and not only can you select from a list of specialty combinations, you can also create your own! This location still isn't allowing any inside dining, but they do have tables outside. You can also get lids and take your ice cream to go. For a chain shop, this one is really great and I am always happy with my purchase! read more

Stopped in with family for a sweet treat. Did you know they have Silk Chocolate Almond Milk flavored ice cream? It was news to me! Any-who, it was quiet inside. Only one group ahead of mine. One person served my daughter & I & when it was my niece's turn to be served, another server told her to "move over" ... um, ex-squeeze me?! Not a "are you being helped" or "my coworker will take your order next"?? No: just "move over" so she could take the next group's orders. Of course my niece was miffed & didn't get anything at all. Not only did they lose her sale, but they lost my business. Won't be visiting them again. read more

This has to be the worst Coldstone I have ever been too! There are 4 ppl behind the counter, no one in the store, 3 of us walk in and no one made an attempt to help us. They didnt even acknowledge we walked in! After about 7 minutes one employee finally came over to help us. The place was dirty, the tables outside were full of ice cream, no one cleaned anything. Starbucks a few doors down were sterilizing the tables and cleaning the outside area. Thank you Starbucks. Coldstone take note! read more

We went today 10/06/2024 around 4:30pm. We got two items from the menu, a milkshake and an ice cream. For the ice cream, they barely mixed in the toppings. She just folded the ice cream with laziness and unwillingness to be there. It was a very sad ice cream. The milkshake was supposed to have cookies in it and we saw her put two (2) cookies for a large size shakes. It just tasted like thickened milk. Then, she blunted proceeded to ask us for a tip. The two items were $20. Definitely not worth it. If I could go back in time, I would tell myself to go elsewhere. Edit: update, we both felt sick after and we threw up read more

This ice cream was delicious and me and my family loved it. The ice cream took a little long to come out. The ice cream makers did their job very wel, next time, make it a little faster. Other than that, everything else was great. read more

I will not be returning to this location ever again. I came with my INDIAN family on Saturday and it wasn't that busy I believe. Immediately I felt a shift in the atmosphere, we were given the most rudest and RACIST comments you can imagine. The worker acted as if we weren't there, as if she was in her own bubble with her other co-workers saying very hurtful things. Like "I'm not taking them, they stink like curry", "I'm not taking these damn Indians". Even after all that we stood there WAITING TO BE SERVED. FINALLY after about 15 minutes later we were served by a more nicer employee. This is so heartbreaking to be treated like this, me and my family are normal people like everyone else. The ice cream was good but terrible customer service. read more

Nov 7,2022 4:30 pm shift If I could give this location a fat ZERO i would. I just spent 20 dlls on icream... for my kid. -me and my son playfully walking in, was not greeted girl gave me the worst look, as she kept doing other things while place was EMPTY - I waited for her, said HI!! and nothing... same angry face, no response. So, I ignore it... -My kid gets so excited about the toppings, (with same half asleep face like she didnt give a f) she just points out toppings, no words, just procedes to do the most half*ss icecream I've ever seen. Well, two of them... -Procedes to ring me out as I see the price of this " wonderful sugary experience " for $20 plus tips which I promised myself I wouldnt give but I still did. - I felt so robbed I had to say something, so I told her I work in the same industry and how bad it felt she completely ignored us and just never replied a single word thought it all. NOT LYING, this girl looks at me in disbelief as she still could find a single word to reply, just dumbstruck! She just made a weird muffled sound and completely turned around and proceeded with the next guest, REPEATING THE SAME THING! On god, I swear I never leave a review. But boy I wish I had those $20 dollars back, this was the worst customer/vendor interaction I've ever had. If someone with a bit of intelligence inside management reads this, made sure you replace her, she is destroying your brand, clientele, reputation. Ugh, bye. read more

If you are up for a good ice cream thats the place!!! When we got over there , the line probably had four people in front of us, 3 minutes later a huge line of at least 10 people behind us! Cool thing about it, is even tho they don't have on their menu anymore you still can order some ice creams that they used to sell on the past, for example my wife's favorite is the Strawberry Rendezvous they told me that could do it, at the same time, they ran out of strawberry ice cream so we couldn't get the one we wanted . Despite the large amount of people who were there to buy ice cream, the employees provided great customer service and gave everyone their ice cream in a timely manner. They do offer birthday cakes as well, if you like strawberry, you should try the strawberry Passion, delicious Red velvet with strawberry ice cream and graham cracker pie crust!! read more

Only reason it's not 1 star is bc it's still the same cold stone creamy ice cream. However (owner of this location I'm speaking to you) this is the WORST service QSR in Plantation. Horrendous. Your workers need to be trained in customer service and the fact they work in a creamery where stuff melts. It's mind boggling to watch these non self aware teens and young adults serve ice cream and not think that's it's melting. Flabbergasted. read more

Coldstone is my favorite ice cream place, and I not only crave it, but give in to my sweet desire once a week. Today, as I was driving through Sunrise on Nob Hill Road, I asked Siri to take me to the nearest one and within a short six minutes, I was there! Located in a nice shopping plaza with a Winn-Dixie marketplace and so many other stores, there is plenty of parking. They have indoor and outdoor seating, as well as the great selection of cakes, cupcakes, brownies, toppings and lots of ice cream that we expect from the chain. Their restroom was spotless, but the customer service needs improvement, as I stood in front of the counter and both of the attendants took two other customers on each side, overlooking me. I waited patiently and when they finished serving them, I asked if either one could help me, one came over and served me then. read more

This place is worse than hot garbage. The staff is rude and slow. The amount of ice cream you get is inconsistent. It literally varies based on who is helping you. Sometimes the cup will be overflowing and sometimes it's half full and the waffle bowls are always stale. read more

Do not order pick up from this location on weekends! Totally understaffed. I usually love cold stone but tonight was ridiculous. we arrived at 9:45 15 minutes prior to closing & not only did the staff member 'Marissa' lock the door at 9:47 she was extremely rude and talking about the customers with the other staff member as she loudly spoke " i don't know why we locked it then" because she had locked people out before closing time. my friend was locked out after getting her wallet. disgusting attitude. read more

Ice cream MELTED before you can even eat it, asked to split payment and we were told to Zelle each other ??? This coldstone is a JOKE

I absolutely love cold stone ice cream, but this location is the worst one I have ever ordered from. The employees are slow and rude. I get that COVID limits them from serving more ppl at a time. Yet the store was filled with ppl either way. 5 employees and only 2 of them actually working. When I walked in I went straight to the register because I ordered on DoorDash and I waited like 2 minutes for any of them to acknowledge me and I had to say "excuse me" and one girl literally replied "what".... like okay Pls try again. I rather go out of my way to a further location than go to this location. 0/10 do not recommend. Super unprofessional and gives coldstone a bad rep. read more

Went in tonight and we were the only people in there. It took 5 minutes for one of the 3 girls working to walk away from their conversation to take our order. Didn't stop talking the entire time, had to redo our order because she forgot add ins we asked for. We paid and wanted to sit inside so the ice cream didn't melt, but they were literally so loud that we didn't want to sit inside. Don't care that they were having a non work related conversation, but if we're the only people in there it shouldn't take 5 minutes to be acknowledged, our order shouldn't be messed up because she was too busy talking, and we should be able to sit there without all the workers loudly talking. read more

There is always a line when I come here (usually at night). They aren't very friendly. They don't sing anymore. There are very few tables and you can barely sit in the tables inside because of the lines. The prices are crazy expensive for the size you get. The oreo overload is really good too. They also serve cakes, which are pretty good but I like Carvel better. read more

The only reason I'm not leaving 1 star, is because the manager tonight resolved the issue as best she could. My husband and I order from here like multiple times a week. Either going in person or Postmates. Every. Single. Time. We order from Postmates the order is wrong, or like tonight, just completely missing an ice cream. And they NEVER answer the phone, whether it's Tuesday night or Saturday. Also the kids that work there are rude and have no idea what customer service means. My husband had to drive down there tonight after we ordered and paid Postmates, because an ice cream order was completely missing. We called like 15xs and no one answers. So my husband gets there. And obviously is a little ticked (but respectful) letting the manager know happened. As he's standing there, he over hears the two employees talking about him to each other! So rude and disrespectful. And completely unacceptable. The manager was nice, unfortunately we didn't catch her name, and she helped fix the issue like I said, but the things shouldn't keep happening. Worst location I've ever been to. And the lack of customer service is just unacceptable from the staff. Answer the phone once in a while! It's not right. I never leave reviews like this either, but I'm fed up that our night was completely interrupted, and my husband overheard the employees running their mouths about him. God forbid we want our order that we paid for already. read more
