The donuts are very cakey and dense. They used to carry an amazing Irish cream syrup for their coffee but after three separate occasions they still do not have it in stock nor do I think they will. Even though they have posted on their menu.

Wanted to celebrate Earth Day by recognizing one of my favorite vegan bakeries! I'm not vegan but I love coming here for their food, and it's an extra perk knowing that tasty food can indeed be entirely plant-based. My friend got me cupcakes from here for my birthday years ago and I've loved how enticing/unique their flavors can be (like butterbeer and cafecito mocha--yum!). Their cupcakes look photoshoot-ready with a generous portion of cream sitting on top. But more importantly, they're moist, not too heavy, and offered in a mini size in addition to their standard (which creates less guilt for me if I want to eat multiple flavors). Their coffee is good too (they use Panther Coffee). I've had it sweetened with agave and it definitely hit the spot. One of my favorites include their Cuban sandwich. Like all of their lunch sandwiches, it's only available during 11am - 3pm, and the online ordering website will warn you that the first pick-up time is 11:30am. Yes, the Cuban sandwich is vegan, so don't expect a meaty flavor/texture. The housemade Cuban bread is really soft, well toasted, and there's a nice combination of flavors and textures with the "ham", mojo "lechon", Swiss "cheese", pickles, mayo, and mustard. Another favorite is their guava & cheese pastry. It's pretty sizable (equivalent to a giant cookie), it doesn't skimp on the filling, and it isn't too sweet. How is this vegan--I myself cannot tell. I've ordered both in-store and via online for pickup, and have had no issues. Expect a line outside during lunch hours, but I haven't had to wait more than 15 minutes. Parking has always been available in my experience. Finally, I love that they have seasonal specials that are always so tempting on the ordering site. Happy Earth Day and I can't wait to see what will be new the next time I return.

I recently went back because of the October menu offerings. They were uniquely designed and I wanted to surprise my daughter and her BFF. But I got ahead of myself because a couple of weeks before, I wanted to do something nice for my doctor's MA, and since their office is close by, I ordered a special lunch to be delivered for her. She practically called me with tears of joy to thank me and raved about the Greek Salad with Romaine lettuce, garbanzo beans, red onions almond feta, Kalamata olives, and grape tomatoes. Particularly, about the cute bucket they serve it in. I also sent the Jack-o-lantern chorizo pastries and an iced Hibiscus agua fresca--with a GF mini cupcake to boot. Circling back, I bought the same cute pastries and also cupcakes for my child's get-together and movie night. I also picked up some empanadas. Parlour Vegan doesn't disappoint. Their unique and varied menu for the holidays has been superb. I can't wait to see what more they come up with for the new year and I look forward to becoming a regular customer of their Plantation store.

Every time I visit my mentor I like to bring him a treat. I decided to bring him vegan treats this time. This place is small and tend to be pack. I do think the staff does a good job helping the customers. I had the 6 mini cupcakes. It was okay. I thought the cupcakes was too dry for my liking. 4/10 I do encourage others to visit because they offer a lot more than just cupcakes. Last time I tried their sandwiches, it was good

Cute vegan bakery in plantation. Love the concept and decor. Ordered a churro doughnut, matcha latte, and vanilla latte. Don't live the prices - total came to $18-20 for three items. The doughnut was a key with good flavor.

Vegan or not you need to try Parlour! They have great vegan pastries and dessert, my absolute favorite being the butterbeer donut. I tried the empanada for the first time today, it was delicious. I definitely couldn't tell it was vegan (I am not vegan), there was so much flavor. I tried the brown butter latte, which was a little sweet for my liking, but the coffee is solid so it was good. The service is always great, they are always friendly. They are still following social distancing protocol and mask wearing, which helps since the store is on the small side. There is online ordering and curbside as well for those still hesitant to go in to the store or want to use the service for convenience.

First time here! Found this place on instagram and have been dying to try it out. They are practicing Covid guidelines; 2 guests at a time. Great customer service & friendly staff. We came to try some cupcakes. I got coconut which has to be my fave for sure. The icing has coconut shreds which adds more flavor and texture. The mini cupcakes are perfect bite size. Lots of icing for the size of the mini cupcake but the actual cupcakes are very moist, flavor-able and have cute decorations. There's lots of variety here not only cupcakes. Different baked goods, empanadas, pastries and coffee! Def need to come back to try more items on the menu. Only downside; the place is pretty tiny so don't expect any seating to sit down and enjoy your goodies. There is a bench right in front of the bakery. Can't wait to come back and enjoy more goodies.

Cute vegan bakery with lots of savoury and sweet options and friendly staff. There was a bit of a wait when we went because their COVID-19 rules are only 2 people from the same household in the store at once. So we had to queue outside for about 15 minutes. Once we were in, I wasted no time picking out two very pretty doughnuts: butterbeer (I was feeling the Harry Potter vibe) and cake batter. They were very Instagrammable and tasted great. My boyfriend got two savoury empañadas, the potato/broccoli/cheese one and the Colombian one. He liked the potato one but not so much the Colombian one. Both came with sauces which he liked. I'd go back and try their other options for sure.

I am not vegan but I can appreciate a good pastry or empanada and this place is not just for vegans, it is so so soooo good. Highly recommend this bakery! They got me hooked when I saw their seasonal "Friends the TV show" themed pastries and I couldn't have been happier to have found them.

This cute little bakery in Plantation just north of I595 and University is Vegan. We picked up three different items to go and two Napoleons. The Napoleon is very decadent and delicious but a little too sweet. The chocolate frosted donut was fine but a little dry. We had the apple turnover the next morning and it was the best. It was so flaky and delicious. I'll be going back for the turnover and napoleon next time. It was $20 for four items with tip.

My 25 birthday cake was everything I wanted. Thank you so much. The cake tasted absolutely amazing and was delivered right on time. I loved it.

I would love to try this bakery out again and order differently, as I generally enjoy vegan pastries. The cupcakes were good, though the Churro Donut really threw me off. I can't get on board with what I've seen from other reviews, just yet.

We were introduced to Parlor by our vegan daughter. You would never know that the desserts were vegan. However, I can tell that the empanadas aren't filled with animal meat. The dressings that are included with the empanadas are outstanding. They adhere to social distancing to the max. Only two people in the same party are allowed inside. We bought our daughter two vegan cakes a couple of years ago and everyone at the party thought the cake were beautiful and had no idea that they were vegan until I told them the next day. Everything in the picture is a favorite.

Is there a plan for faster service for sandwich orders ? We wait more than 40 minutes from the time the order got place to get a sandwich. Thank you.

Unfortunately, with COVID, they are only allowing 2 people in at a time. I would see if they accept on line ordering or if they take phone orders.

Are the sandwich meats vegan or real meat?

    vegan

Do they have soy free items?

Does anyone know how much the pastries cost aprox?

    I'd say about $3-$5 each.

    Are their ingredients organic?

Hmm I don't think I saw organic listed anywhere on the menu for cupcakes

We came after a busy morning at the beach and I was craving something fresh. After a quick search on Yelp, I found Naked Farmer and was reminded that we were super close to it. It's fairly close to Sawgrass Mills mall and is in a plaza with a good amount of parking. Although the outside seems small, the space inside is pretty long and has a good amount of seating. The servining is "chipotle-style" where you order your food and customize it how you want it and pay at the register at the end. I shared a bowl with my partner and we got half rice and half greens, some toppings, and the chicken thigh. This was a good amount for us to share and it was delicious! We also tried their date cake and my partner was a huge fan of it. I loved how clean the inside was and how nice all the staff was. They had water cups for self service and it was cold even without ice, which I loved! When you're done with your food, you put them away in a cabinet which is constantly cleaned out by staff which helped give the space a clean aesthetic. Very thought through and intentional on their behalf. Loved Naked Farmer and would definitely get again if I'm in the area or craving something fresh!

All I can say is wow, I'm blown away by how fresh and good everything is here. We both got the salmon bowl, crispy skin and deliciously baked without losing moisture. The farro base is on another level and I need to try to make this at home, but know I won't come close. Great farro recipe that includes butternut squash pieces, dried cherries and walnuts, out of this world. The cornbread is extra good (I feel like it has honey drizzled on top). Sweet potatoes amazingly roasted with cinnamon for extra flavor. I ended up getting a side of the mushrooms (because typically it's a sub for protein choice) and I have never tasted mushrooms so good - I could eat a whole bucket of that. I think it was a mix of portobello and oyster or king of trumpet mushrooms, so incredibly roasted in lemon - brilliant! Good service. Can dine in or takeout. Healthy and tasty, I highly recommend!

So we went at 7pm on a Wednesday. What's playing on TV was not available, was told to use QR code, so easy peasy. So the counter staff was pleasantly, we ordered: rabbit hole salad and the patty melt to go. Maybe should be eaten there, right away. Didn't stand up to a quick ride home. BOTH meals looked sad and not worth $50, as was $20 each, gave $3 tip for to go. Probably won't return! It's probably great for vegans who don't require quality or taste, just gut it out to remain vegan. Salad had no flavor really, it was " overdressed", just kale dressed in an underwhelming sauce. Tons of it where it was soggy. Chips of fake chicken I guess, that was flavorless. Partners patty melt was just so so. I'm sad! You ever wanted to really like something, so you force it. We love going to local spots to support folks but we demand excellence. I wasn't expecting Coopers HAWK, but wanted some flavor. It's like not even as good as Whole Foods, which is pricey like this but good. Patty melt was average, and not worth $20. The onions saved it, but too expensive for us. Fries were limp, not well made. Now I will say, we do go to dives, so we didn't need Sonness (by the way Sonness is beyond fab!). So, we can do " dive vegan" but we cant do expensive average. It survives because often the beach crowds are too tipsy or high to care, or average is OK due to being snowbirds. Im sure these reviews aren't fake, so will chop this up to a bad night for the cooks! Stop by if you are vegan, committed to this lifestyle, then its good enough. We are in good shape medically, have more allegiance to our wallet than a movement. My partner makes great, fresh salads, so I can stay home for below average greens. But if you are committed and need to just get out, try it. I think a vegan frozen meal, Amy's is better. The salad wasn't horrible, just not worth the price. $20 for soggy, no flavor. Nope! I need flavor, price, freshness mix. Also they could do better with the ambiance. When you walk up, it seemed sad. It was empty, but zero personality. They need some music, it was quiet, somewhat moodless! Even dives have a little music. Rabbits have music LOL! Wish them luck! They have been around a while, so maybe they had better days! Why show stuff on TV that's not offered, pretty photos but disappointing for us. Good news, they are surrounded by great things, Italian to the right, Max to the left, pizza to the left. And Foundry at the end of other side! Partner ate half burger, trashed it. I ate 1/4 salad, trash. $50 in the garbage. I gotta laugh as we sat in our couch, we walked in and after 10 min, the energy felt off to me. We read the menu first. I said to my mate, "let's go elsewhere" after staff said, don't have this or that. My mate said, lets see. I went along. Intuition is never wrong! Trust yout gut, give it a try! Maybe tonight was just an off night! Go try it! Maybe it will be better for you! Im sure those reviews are real but maybe that real cook was off, amd we ended up with the no talent crew!
