The woman working there, though I didn't catch her name, was incredibly helpful. She guided me toward the most cost-effective options based on the quantity I needed. I ended up getting a few pink velvet cookies and the Tres Leches cake. Both were delicious, but that Tres Leches, chef's kiss. She took her time assembling it with care. Lets start off by saying I love this cookie store company. I have ordered several of the large fresh gourmet cookies from other Crumbl shops, but first time at this location. My wife wanted try the chocolate chip since I devoured it last time at the Sunrise store. We walk into the shop and get a fresh dough smell right in our faces. The store was spotless and the inside had the ovens, mixers and wall menu the same as the other shops. We loved the variety of their cookies on the counter display. They had several large and very tiny gourmet cookies to purchase, well thats what we assumed at first. Since my wife eats much smaller than me of course, she wanted to try the tiny chocolate chip cookie. The employee politely explained that the small size cookies were ONLY available on Mondays and also for Crumbl Catering where a tiny sign is behind one of the small cookies at the top. Cookies, cookies, cookies! I purchased a half dozen ($22) for a family brunch. I got the chocolate chip, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, sugar, chocolate, Neapolitan and chocolate chip with mint frosting. I cut them all in quarters so we could try more than 1. CRUMBL sells a 1/4 cutter for this reason. Everyone enjoyed all the cookies. The overall favorite was the Neapolitan. Business was steady when I visited. Service was efficient and my cookies were presented to me quickly. Some of the varieties are served warm, and some are chilled. One of the best cookies I've ever had. I called the staff ahead of time for a question before coming in and I was answered right away. I was greeted when I walked in as well. The service was great! I was able to quickly order and have examples at the counter to easily choose what cookies I wanted. The store was cute and very clean. Lots of attention to detail. I ordered the special team red cookie and the sugar cookie. The team red cookie was chilled and I loved it! The frosting (buttercream) was a great pairing to the cold soft dough of the cookie. Worst service, rude employees! I am a big Crumble fan. I buy a box of 4 almost every week at the location in Pinecrest. Happened to go to dinner next to this location and thought I'd stop in to Crumble to take desert home. I waited at the counter for a little while before an employee finally looked at me with an attitude and asked if she could help me. I said yes I'd like to buy a box of 4 cookies. She rudely said "You are supposed to use the iPad to order." This was new to me since my location usually takes my order but okay. So I order my cookies and move over to the counter where you wait for your order. Only to notice it was FILTHY with icing and crumbs smeared all over the entire counter. Gross! A little toddler was walking around a picked up one of the empty boxes on the shelf. The same employee yelled at the child and rolled her eyes. She then said under her breath "don't piss me off " rolled her eyes again and continued with her attitude. When my cookies were ready a employee called my name and placed the box on the filthy counter! When I picked it up it had icing smeared on the bottom with crumbs stuck to it. I had to get napkins to clean it off before putting the box in my car. Prior to leaving I told one of the employees that they should perhaps clean the counter. The rude employee yells out with attitude "what did she say?" So I repeated my suggestion. She then yelled back, we will as soon as it's not pack" Thankfully this is not my usual location. I have been to Crumbl a few times over the year and recently just got some. This place is a really nice dessert option after dinner. The unique aspect of this place is that they have new flavors every week and there is at least one that every person is bound to like. I have tried many of the flavors and most recently I tried the cake batter and the hazelnut! The cake batter was a solid choice and the hazelnut actually came with Nutella in the middle which was a great surprise. Both cookies were great, but I couldn't eat much before stopping because of the sugar. Overall, this is a great place to visit, but the cookies are a bit expensive so look out for that! read more

The customer service was horrible tonight. I was the only customer in the store and stood at the register with three workers running around doing different things while I just waited to be acknowledge. Like three minutes later one of the workers walks over and turns the computer around and walks away. Using my contacts clues I realize she must want me to put my order on her computer so I do. How have I never been here before?!? Holy moly. THESE GIGANTIC COOKIES!!! First of all, I didn't hear about Crumbl Cookies until a friend from Vegas told me about Crumbl. And they are located nationwide. OMG!!! Today was an accidental visit. I was in the area and saw "Crumbl Cookies" so my natural instinct was to stop in and scope out their cookie selection. I love the simplicity of the space and decor. Their signature is the pink boxes. The boxes are everywhere! There were a few staff members who greeted me upon arrival and a young gentleman helped me personally. I asked about the different flavors and he explained each of them for me. They had me on the first two cookies, key lime pie and midnight mint chocolate. No effin way!!! Key lime is my husband's fave and mint chocolate is my fave. Yup, you guessed it, I was a total sucker and caved! They package up your cookies individually or if you buy several cookies they put it in a bigger box. The pink boxes are so cute. Love the logo!!! So I got the two cookies to share with my husband and kids. Literally so just so we can taste it and see if we like it. When I got to my car, I couldn't wait to try it so I broke off a small piece. OH MY GOD...the cookie was warm!!! It was so chewy and freaking perfect. I died when I tasted the mint chocolate cookie. It was the perfect dark chocolate flavor and not super sweet. I was literally in heaven you guys. Forget about the one bite, I legit ate half the cookie before I got home. Could not stop eating it. But still had to share. Lol. Ok so my Best Friend Alexandra put me on to Crumbl like 2-3 weeks ago. It was Friday early evening and there was a steady stream of cookie customers coming in and out. Most of the other people in the shop were either delivery drivers picking up, or had pre-ordered their cookies online. I was quickly acknowledged by a young girl behind the counter, and explained the different choices of cookies to me; they have 6 varieties right now and some are served warm, while some are served chilled. The selection of cookies changes monthly; however they always have the standard: milk chocolate chip cookie. They have big cookies which can be sold individually and are just under four dollars each. You can order a box of either 4, 6, or 12 large cookies, and have them packed with any flavors you desire or all the same. Then the prices per cookie go down depending on the number you order. A dozen cookies is $30.98, so then they only cost about $2.60 each. They even have tablets in the store where you can pre-select your cookies without having to speak to anyone. I decided on one of the white chocolate macadamia cookies. I ordered my one cookie, paid, and took three or four pictures for my review and they called my name that it was ready for me before I could even finish snapping pictures. It really was big, warm and delicious. The cookie's flavor and texture were perfect and it was loaded with white chocolate chips and macadamia nuts. Plus it came in a cute little pink box. Most restaurants charge at least four dollars for a dessert so this cookie really isn't that expensive if you look at it that way. And the fact that it was warm made all the difference. I definitely want to try more flavors and might order an assortment the next time I have to go to a party or bring food for a function. Great flavors and kind staff, but usually the cookies have subpar design execution.. It can be rather disappointing to look at messy frosting or sloppy chocolate drizzle when you first open the box, but the flavor makes up for it. My fiancé and I decided to stop in while out running errands with the kids at the Davie tower shoppes. The storefront and the indoor decor was very clean and chic. Kinda small space when entering; they had a line out the door but nothing not manageable. As it was our first time here, we weren't aware of the menu options so we were trying to ask the staff member about the menu options. She was very rude and we felt extremely rushed to hurry and place the order. I understand there were customers in line but friendliness goes a long way. Besides the rude cashier, the cookies were fresh, warm and packaged nicely. When someone says free cookies, count me in! Stopped in to Crumbl's new location in the Tower Shops for their grand opening this past weekend. As a perk they were giving away a free cookie for stopping in. The free cookie was chocolate chip, but I clearly couldn't just get one. Silly. I also sprung for the oatmeal raisin. Both were perfectly warm. They even give you a sneak peak before you leave the store to make sure your satisfied with your order and you get to speed home to your freshly baked snack! I will say both were delicious, but I really enjoyed the oatmeal raisin more. It was a perfect balance of sweetness and soft chewy texture. Great with a glass of cold milk! The chocolate chip is good but from what I can taste they make them with milk chocolate chips, so it's just a lot of sweet for me. I know it's a cookie, but semi sweet is more my vibe. Location wise anyone who has ever been to Tower Shops knows it's pretty crowded. With that being said it's less of a destination and you're bound to do a few things in the plaza while you pick up a warm baked cookie out of the oven! There is no seating inside or outside, so it's definitely more of a grab and go situation. Don't forget to download the app to earn points for your purchase towards rewards for further purchases. I was running errands in the neighborhood and wanted a smoothie from the Juice Bar. To my dismay, it was closed. Then, I noticed "Crumbl" next door and wanted to check it out; I mean who doesn't love cookies and supporting local businesses. I walked into a bright and clean store, started by two cousins in Utah. Customers can order from the kiosk or at the cashier. Crumbl has a weekly rotating menu; meaning there menu is constantly changing. I ordered the Milk Chocolate Chip & the Red Velvet White Chip. The cookies were so soft and taste so good. The chocolate chips tasted expensive lol; I had to eat them slowly to savor the moment. My recommendation, treat yourself and run to try a cookie or two. Upon entrance I was not greeted , i was actually the first one to speak and say "Hello" which the baker/cashier did not respond back with a greeting. When i entered there was no one in the store and the two workers were just talking amongst each other. The cashier only asked if i was picking up, i responded with no i want to place an order for the Cowboy Cookie. He said "Ok". Then, asked again what i wanted with a very monotone uninterested voice. Afterwards, i walked to the pick up counter and he just side-eyed me and the other baker and female gave me my cookie in a chocolate stained dirty box, and slide it on the table closed. Which at other locations they show you the cookie then close the box and say "Have a great day" or something similar. But , I said thank you and she stayed quiet. - Overall i had better experiences at other locations , won't come back here. I am a very understanding person. Especially when it comes to food service worker's attitudes because work can get busy and stressful at times.
