So so so so busy which is surprising because it's the most expensive ice cream ever! I could load a full cup with a billion toppings at Menchies and it be cheaper! However staff were awesome and flavor was good so 3 stars was for that! The store was clean even thought a million people were packed into it. I will say using the same stone for multiple orders gave me a few walnuts in my nut free ice cream however I don't have an allergy so I didn't mind but if you do be mindful! read more

Cold stone is the same everywhere. This location is in a good spot. You can get ice cream and walk around. This location hires a younger crowd and there's nothing wrong with that. But they should train better for sure. The location was kind of dirty and should be cleaned better. However, the staff was nice, but not very knowledgeable. read more

This was a frequent stop years ago when Fountain Walk was all pedestrian. We ate a nearby restaurant and stopped into Cold Stone. We were greeted immediately and the service was helpful and pleasant. They have so many mix in's and many ice cream choices as well. My family member ordered a shake made with cake batter ice cream and he got a mix in. I had a taste and it was amazing! Thick, but not so much you couldn't use a straw, so flavorful and delicious! I was viewing the ice cream cakes and I think that I will purchase one for the next birthday. I would be happy to visit again soon! I remember why this was a favorite. read more

I went to get the halloween taco and it was not how it was supposed to be. The inside was barely colored, the taco was the regular color not orange, and no halloween sprinkles. Instead of telling me they were out they argued with me about what it is supposed to look like. I had already paid before they got it out of the freezer and was very very disappointed. read more

I haven't been to a Cold Stone Creamery in a long time but my friends wanted to go. We walk in and a teenaged worker is picking his pimples and then asks us what we want. Ew! We let the people behind us go first and then someone else helped us. We ordered the medium Oreo overload in a waffle cone. It was $7.50 + $2.00 for the ice cream and waffle cone!!!!!!!! That's so overpriced!! The ice cream and Oreo wasn't mixed well but it did taste good. The waffle cone was kind of soggy. read more

I never thought the employees could make ordering ice cream for my kids who dont know what they want nor what is possible to get even more stressful and convoluted with mixups and miscommunication. Ice cream is fine, ordered two things, a cone with plain cotton candy no additions and a small cup of chocolate where my 7 yrs old wanted chocolate sprinkled(which they didnt have) with other stuff (idc at this point) Ive already had a stressful day, just a single sad trying to do something nice for his kids, and you made it painful and unpleasant with the most dumbfounded and unhelpful customer service. Talk, give recommends, fuckin smile or something. And ppl wonder why i dont like ppl. read more

Awful customer service. Employees were very rude and unhelpful. Unnecessary attitudes from employees as well. Management needs to train their employees on how to treat their customers. As someone who works in customer service I know it's not hard to be kind to those in your store. Ice cream was sloppily thrown together and put into bowl. read more

Worst location. Up charge for everything, incredibly rude owner or manager, sticky tables. Staff is always rushing everyone and does not give us time to decide how we want our ice cream topped. Hubby and I had a sweet tooth after dining at a local Fountain Walk restaurant so we decided to hit Cold Stone. The line was about 4-5 people deep. We almost walked away, but I had it bad so we stayed. Surprisingly the line went really quick. There were plenty of employees and they appeared to be well organized. We were done and checked out in a matter of minutes. Plus my Founders Favorite was mixed really well and one of the tastiest I've had. If you venture here and see a line, don't be alarmed. At least it went quick for us and our sweet teeth were satisfied. read more

Workers could work on talking to customers. Had to ask if THEY were ready for me to order since they were just staring not saying a single word. Couldn't get a greeting or even a smile. Maybe if the girl took off her AirPod she could hear me ordering. Management should train them on a efficient way of taking orders so all customers are being helped at all times--one person could be on register, one can mix the ice cream, one could make shakes and one person should stay taking orders and scooping the ice cream. The crew tonight seemed all over the place. Seating area was dirty. Tables were all sticky. Ice cream was alright tho read more

I'm not one for being pissed, but damn. How can you ruin my night so quickly? Please when I put Almondmilk chocolate ice cream how that results to lemon sherbet? This is one of my lowest reviews on Yelp. Here's why. There are a lot of newbs working here that probably never helped set the dinner table, let alone prepare any food at home. They're sloppy and don't wipe up after themselves. Nearly every time I get a newb, they don't bother filling the quart-sized container. There's always air in between the scoops as they fill it up. They don't listen to the person training them very well. I've seen the manager have to remove the lid and press down on the ice cream, then pack the top with more. They're shorting people about 10-20% of the contents an this stuff is EXPENSIVE! Drips down the size aren't wiped off containers and the lid is gooey on the under side of the rim. I always have to wipe down the outside when I get these home or my freezer will end up with ice cream all over. It's really too bad that they can't find good help. Seems to always be the newbs that don't have enough muscle to mix the goodies into the ice cream or pack the quarts. read more

Im so surprised at all the negative reviews, I guess I've just always been lucky whenever I've been. Once I came about 10 minutes before a dinner reservation at BlackRock for my husband's birthday. We went in to get him a tub of icecream, which has become a birthday tradition for us. Unfortunately we couldn't take our icecream with us but we asked if they would hold it there for us and they did without hesitation. When we came back it was ready for us with no confusion. Everytime I come to this location they are polite and patient while I make life decisions about mix ins. read more

AVOID! HAIR IN ICE CREAM & NO APOLOGY! We stopped by tonight to grab a small treat, and were appalled when my friend pulled out a giant black hair from the middle of her ice cream cup. NASTY. We asked for both a refund and a new ice cream, as any decent establishment would already offer without hesitation. The manager, "Rob", chastised both my friend and I and REFUSED to offer both a refund and a new cup. So what does he do? He throws aways the already re-done ice cream on the counter, mocks me, and slaps money back into my friend's hand. No apology. No courtesy. What a joke of a manager. No chance I'm stepping foot here again. Learn to work with customers or get another job. What a condescending and humiliating experience. read more

I have never been much impressed with this chain. It might be the quality of the ice cream used while they pulverized my mint mint ice cream with the stale brownie. Either way I ate a few small bites to test it out and decided it wasn't worth the calories. I did regret getting a love it cup size.I did get a chocolate cookie and that wasn't bad. read more

0 stars for racism. I visited this location on Friday, 9/20 sometime between 10 PM and 10:30 PM. I was out celebrating my sister's bachelorette party and she wanted to stop for ice cream at Cold Stone. When we walked in we decided on the ice cream we were getting and the white server asked us to pay first and then he'll make our ice cream. I looked around and the 3 white couples/groups in front of us didn't pay first, they watched the server make their ice cream and they paid last. I literally watched someone paying for their ice cream while holding it. I asked the server if there was a reason we have to pay first, his response didn't explain it so I left. I noticed my two sisters stayed behind so I walked back in and said, " let's go because they are racist. In that moment I was appalled because I've never had to pay first. I've always paid last and seeing the other people inside who were white pay last, made me feel embarrassed and ashamed. It was almost like they felt we were going to steal the ice cream. I still don't understand why it happened but I know why I cannot come back to this location. read more

Crappy, icy, watered down and pricey! Can't believe they're still in business. Just tasteless and unsatisfying!

The ice creams was pretty good. It was creamy and a little but melty but i still liked it. The caramel banana crunch tasted amazing with every bite. It was likening eating banana bread. I also got the chocolate devotion which was chocolatey and creamy. I also got the waffle cone with to be honest is flimsy and not the best also it was 2 dollars. The only issue i have is the price is a little expensive but overall good ice cream. read more

Worst Cold Stone experience. I ordered a shake and it was 98% milk. I expect a $7 shake to be somewhat thick for that price. If I wanted milk I could get a gallon of it for 1/3 of the price. I will not be back. Cold Stone has permanently lost my business. read more

They claim they don't do takeout orders but I completed and paid for my order via takeout-and they wouldn't give me my food claiming a driver was supposed to pick it up. I like most Cold Stone but this one is trash. There were several guys who were friends with the workers sitting at all the tables. They had no icecream and heckled and joked with the worker friends the whole time. A family with little kids sat on the ledge off to the side because the morbidly obese heckler and crew were taking up all the seats. My pregnant wife had no where to sit, so we walked out to my car to eat the icecream and talked about how we will never go back there again. My icecream was not very good and uneven amount of ingredients. Probably because the workers were busy joking with their friends. I know most Cold Stones are privately owned. I would be very embarrassed if I owned this one. read more

Took first timers here and I was super excited! But as I was trying to figure out what I wanted I felt rushed by the staff. Not only that, they assumed everyone has been there before. The people I brought with me had no idea and the staff didn't care to walk them through. I ordered a medium and the ice cream didn't even come to the brim of the cup. Too much money wasted. I'll go somewhere else or to a grocery store before coming back here. Sad to say... read more

Good place. You need to park and walk to it - it is near the center of the court of bars & restaurants.

A decent ice cream chain that uses brand name candy for their flavor mix-ins. I find that my own creations are much more satisfying than the pre-made ones, but a newbie would probably want to try those first before venturing off on their own. This location is not stingy on the mix-ins. I know they probably have a set number of items/scoops based on your order size, but if you ask for a little more, they don't charge you extra. Of course if it's a full serving extra, you will get charged. It's right next to Emagine Theaters, so it makes for a fun treat while you're waiting for your show or if you're hanging out at one of the local bars. read more

I wish I could give a better review because the ice cream was delicious. It is always delicious. Over priced for sure but good quality. My "meh" review was for how my order was prepared and served. The girl scooped up my ice cream, mixed in the toppings and piled it into the paper cup. Then she proceeded to use the metal spatula to wipe off a big portion of my ice cream and she threw it in the garbage. Why? Why would you throw away my ice cream? I questioned her after she did it and she had no answer. She just stared at me. I'm pissed that the ice cream and toppings I paid for got thrown in the trash. She should have asked me if I wanted it in a cone or a larger cup. She should have asked me if it was ok to pile it up in my cup. She could have done 20 other things but instead she threw it away. I walked out very pissed off. I will never go back to this location. Birthday treat was ruined. read more

My teenage son went into this Cold Stone Store and when he started asking the person behind the counter about the different ice cream flavors the man got very upset and questioned if he was going to order or continue to waste his time. My son then explained to him that he had a severe peanut allergy. Everything he had showed him had nuts in it, therefore he would be unable to eat it. The employee working behind the counter then screamed at my son, "Then get the F... out of my store!" My son who is on the autism spectrum (Aspergers) said, he didn't want to esculate him more. He simply said, "Okay, Sir," and walked out. When he called me he was stuttering. It took him several attempts before he could clearly get out what had just happened to him. When he was able to calm down and breathe, he said, "Something terrible has just happened." I think people should know that it doesn't matter that he is on the autism spectrum. No one has the right to speak to another human being in this manner. No one deserves to feel humiliated and disrespected. He has already expressed that he will never go back there again. My son has been working very hard on becoming more independent and trying new things like going to the movies, and getting ice cream (just like any other teenager). For people who are like my son, who rarely have these opportunities, you can only imagine how happy he was until he was screamed at by an adult for simply trying to take ownership of his medical condition. As a mother, it was heartbreaking to have to hear my son's voice, over the phone, helpless and scared. As a human being it makes me incredibly sad that there are people out there in this world who would speak to a kid who was innocently asking questions in order to keep himself safe. read more
