Smoothies on Seven opens for the season on April 1st. I don't like every ice cream shop, but SOS always delivers a home run in my book. They offer super premium ice cream, including a decadent Zanzibar chocolate that is so good. Their soft serve is rich and creamy, without being overly sweet. I personally do not like their strawberry soft serve, but I'm a strawberry snob, so take it as you will. My order of choice is a strawberry banana milkshake with an up charge to "mess it up with extra fruit." It's hands down one of the best dairy desserts in the universe. Prices are reasonable, the product is outstanding and the window moves faster than the drive through. My kids and I love it and I think you will too. read more

I would like some sugar free options. I love ice cream in any form but can't find good sugar free ice cream.

We ordered: Strawberry Sundae with whipped cream, nuts, and a cherry Small S'mores Flurry with chocolate sprinkles instead of chips, extra Graham cracker 2 Orange juicy freezes, blended We got: Strawberry soft serve with just whipped cream and nuts and the bowl was literally not even 1/3 full "S'mores" flurry that was just marshmallows 1 Orange juicy freeze with Chocolate ice cream blended 1 Orange juicy freeze, floated I understand that opening weekend is usually hectic and people need to learn the ropes, but this has NEVER happened in the 20 years I've been going here. This is incredibly disappointing and even though it really sucks to say this, I don't think we're coming back. read more

Good homemade ice cream ! I get the cookie dough and every bite of ice cream you get a chunk of cookie dough it's really good I love this place the ambiance is amazing ! The service is A1 10/10 would definitely recommend it's family owned and the business is a great business ! read more

I came here on a windy, but exciting night. I was walking along the Detroit River and decided that I wanted some good, old-fashioned ice cream. I am a metro-detroiter, so I know where the hidden treasure dessert locations are. Anyways, 25 minutes later I arrived on scene. There were only two people in front of me. One person was approximately 5'10" and was wearing a yellow hat. My memory isn't good enough to describe the other civilian. I ordered a shake and I thought it was ~decent. Passing through the other day, I decided to stop and get a grape slushy. Now I must say, from the outside this place doesn't look like anything special, just a standard run of the mill summertime dairy stop. I took a gander in the windows while they were making my frozen beverage and things looked clean and I could smell cleaning solution, so it is apparent they keep things sparkling. The workers were friendly and the service prompt. Next time in the area, I plan on getting another grape freezy. read more

First time here and very impressed. The staff was very friendly and answered all my questions about the menu. I had the Reeses sundae and my wife had the banana split. Both were excellent. In fact, it was the best sundae I've had in a long time. We'll definitely be returning and bringing family when they visit from out of town. read more

Omg this place is disgusting I literally watched an employee take out trash with her gloves on and go back inside and started back helping out her co workers with ice cream . First off it's coronavirus going around , secondly that's just disgusting . We called the number and the man who answered the phone basically said we didn't see what we saw and argued that they have hand sanitizer ! I won't be returning . read more

They bake their own brownies and other baked goods. The owner actually works there a lot. The pictures and frozen treats look amazing. I haven't actually been there yet because I live far away, but I'm looking forward to getting a brownie ice cream and eating it with a spoon very spoon. I mean soon. read more

Best ice cream in my area and very good priced too. Some of my favorite flavors are this sh$t got real and kitty kitty bang bang. My daughter loves the dipped in chocolate strawberry swirl cone. My other daughter says her favorite is the cookie dough. We haven't had any that we didn't like though. read more

Used to be great, but no longer is! Ordered ice cream today with all of the ingredients incorrect. Asked for a refund, and was treated like dirt when we drove back out to the place to receive it, upon getting less than I was supposed to, unless a medium ice cream costs $6. Very sad. Grew up coming here, and will no longer return. Very rude new manager. I work retail, and you're supposed to apologize for the inconvenience whether or not it was your fault. read more

I just ordered a hot fudge sundae, got it home and it has no hot fudge. Didn't think I had to check if the one ingredient that it's named after was on there but clearly you do if you order from here. Never spending a dime here again. read more
