Unfortunately I love cold stone creamery but both employees who helped me today were rude. I asked for a waffle cone in my ice cream and the first girl crushed up my cone with her bare hands and put it into my ice cream, I then asked it to be remade because I felt it was unsanitary to touch the cone and the second girl proceeded to remake it without gloves. I finally decided to forget about the waffle cone and the employee asks if I want her to put on gloves and when I said yes she rolled her eyes at me. If I wanted a milkshake I would have ordered one. The ice cream was so soft that the server had a hard time just making a ball to get it out of the container. She was really afraid to mix anything in it because it probably would have become a melting mess. Even the stone wasn't even cold enough to really mix in any toppings. Service was really good. They let me sample a bunch of flavors. We got a regular chocolate scoop with chocolate chip mix in and a regular Oreo cream filling scoop with chocolate chip mix in. The lady added an extra Oreo (for free!) in the Oreo filling scoop because the ice cream didn't have enough Oreo in it. This is one of the better Cold Stone Creamery locations that I have been to in a while. They have an awesome flavor selection with at least 1 dozen flavors on hand, and are always fully stocked on their mix-ins at their stations. Prices are slightly higher than Baskin-Robbins, but you definitely get what you pay for, they have great customer service (Free Samples) and always mantain their dining area to full cleanliness (No sticky floors or tables). read more

I have to mention the incredible staff that was working when I went to try Cold Stone for the first time. I was greeted very nicely by there manager who helped me with all my questions and concerns I have considering i'm allergic to peanuts. She was so kind enough to bring a tray from the back and new ice cream from the back and got clean spades even though there was a line. Even with my allergies I got the full Cold Stone experience. The staff is horrible, they close 30 mins early talking about some "we can only add toppings on the top and can't mix in anymore" or they will say " the toppings have already been put away, you can only select ice cream". Unfortunately, workers area is used as storage so not very clean and hard to move around with so many employees in a small area. A young lady took my order yesterday around late afternoon, very friendly, smiling, with an outgoing personality (I believe her name started with a D). Only thing is, seemed as if she was handling the store all by herself, although s hff e was handling it very well, I noticed her manager (I could tell by her response) kept calling/texting her on the phone while she is working, which I think is pretty rude and very very poor management leadership.
