We arrived at 6:15 and the store doesn't close until 8pm but the girl working on 4/13/25 looked annoyed that we walked in. We asked for elotes but they were out so we decided to get strawberries and crema and a Fruta loca. The whipped cream is super watery and they is barely any chamoy and tajin on the fruta loca. There was also a couple that walked in after and the girl working was super rude to them acting like they couldn't order because she said there was 30mins left until closing. After she served them it was 6:40 and closed the door on another customer even though they were still supposed open. There is no way those two things should have cost us $37 and the thing is it doesn't even taste good. What a rip off. The owner needs to talk to his employees about their attitudes and how to treat customers! read more

this was my first time coming to this location and as i entered the girl who was on the clock on 04/06/25 at around 5:20pm was very rude and didn't greet us properly. Instead she stated that we couldn't eat here but i just wanted to order a bionico. They didn't have bananas and apples for the item so had to get an ice cream. I felt uncomfortable while eating my ice cream in the store so i left. The young lady also stated that where i sat she needed to mop but she could've waited to mop when she would close the store. Honestly this is robbery. I only came because my mom wanted it but almost $20 for pepino locos!? And .75 for extra mayo and .75 for extra cheese is crazy! They are over charging forsure. The food is decent whatever but not for those prices ill probably not come again. Ive been here before several times but not since the "slight price increase" id say this is more than slight. They need to step up their customer service up a bit. I've gone a few times but this last time was horrible. The young girl working the cash register has to work on her customer service skills. The one star goes to them not letting me know that they were out of the type of cone I wanted. Instead of letting me know, they gave me the one that was on DISPLAY!! Staff was nice. But food was extremely pricey for a cup of corn. Now, onto the food handling issues. 1) I do not believe it is okay to have your ice machine next to your food prep area. The vent from the ice machine is blowing directly into the food assembly area, That vent can blow dust and other particles into the food. 2) two of the ladies making and assembling foods were not wearing gloves. Instead, I got corn in a cup which was not what I wanted, and was charged seven dollars, the size of the container for the corn was not worth the price. I told the lady I wanted a elote Asado and she said that was what it is. I paid seven dollars for an item that probably cost a dollar to make. Noticed there was a new place in town and was looking forward to Checking it out! Unfortunately, this place is over priced for its quality as it lacks flavor (essential ingredients). The service was not great either. The girl who took our order was unfriendly and looked irritated as she was taking our order. When I inquired on an item shown on the menu she said she didn't know what it was, they didn't have such item, and finished with "it's just a picture". I love the variety of desserts they carry. The only down for me was that the place was not kept clean I understand it gets busy but I have seen many places making sure their tables, floors and bathrooms are somewhat decent. Not saying they were dirty on the inside or unsanitary--that part looked clean for what I could see but they could definitely work on the trafficked and used common areas. There were a lot of teenage kids and families definitely a place to let your kids hang out but if your an adult you may prefer to take your stuff to go. The owner was friendly.
