Let me just say that before today I thoroughly enjoyed coming here. The young workers are pleasant and talented. This review speaks to the white man with a man pony tail (he told me his name was John but I'm not sure if he was being serious), that appears to be the manager. Before I get into today's incident please allow me to state that I've seen this individual here previously and he always gives off a vibe that he feels too good to be working there. He also never has on a net despite having hair, which always made me weary about him preparing my food. Today I went in after work for a snack and John prepared my order. In front of me was a black Woman who informed the gentleman preparing her order that she wanted the sprinkles on top not in her order. The not so gentle young man responded that he "asked her three times." John then chimed in and says that "she should not be on her phone" and it's "rude to be on the phone while you're ordering food." ARE YOU SERIOUS???!!!!! So, it isn't rude to just do what you want to a customer's food, but it is rude to do what most people do in the free world--text? So unprofessional on so many levels. Needless to say I walked out disgusted at how this young lady was spoken too. I informed John of my dissatisfaction and the young lady walked out behind me, to which he yelled "bye guys." I do believe his behavior was reflective of how he feels about black customers so I will not be back. John's behavior is disgraceful and as unfit for leadership as it is for humanity. Thank you John for saving me 330 calories and giving me an opportunity to salvage my self respect. read more

Went for some ice cream today to cold stone. Did the curbside pick up and only to get soupy ice cream. It was milk instead of ice cream told the worker if they could exchange it and her answer was our freezers are broken all our ice cream is melted. Why would you keep the store open if your freezer is broken. For such pricey ice cream very disappointed. Will not be going to this location again. read more

I ordered chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream here and they forgot the cookie dough I knew I did not see it so I even asked the guy that made it when he was done and he confirmed that it had cookie dough in it. The ice cream was also soupy. This was the worst coldstones I ever had. My mom and I noticed that the staff is extremely young.... I don't want to blame it on age BUTTTT this location is NOT IT. We had Cold Stone delivered, and not only were toppings missing from the Signature Creation we ordered (could have just gotten plain vanilla at Carvel for 4 bucks), but the whole thing was melted to milk. We visited on Independence Day and there was only one family ahead of us which was great. I've been here before when the line is almost out the door. My only disappointment was that my ice cream mix was made before I was able to get around the family ahead of us to pick my mix ins and my waffle cup seemed a bit stale but I still enjoyed my ice cream mixture and my husband enjoyed his shake. read more

I've always been a Cold Stone fan and finding one right near my job was just awesome! This location is always stocked with every new flavor to be released. There isn't much traffic in here, assuring a quick jump to the counter. The employees are very polite even though they don't talk much, they will always get your order just the way you want it. The pricing out here is a tiny bit higher than in Queens. Take me here and I'll get one of every type of chocolate. read more

3 stars for the ice cream and clean location. The selection of ice cream is great but the customer service is in serious need of improvement. During my most recent visit I dealt with an employee named Shayna who had the worst attitude. It took her a while to take my order because she needed to finish her conversation with a coworker first. When she finally started on both of my orders, she got them all wrong because she wasn't paying attention (trying to finish her conversation). She then gets an attitude with me and proceeds to tell me that I'm at fault for her mistakes. After correcting her a few times, she finished my order and I left. I realized when I got home that she still got my order wrong. This location isn't perfect but overall it's decent. I just wish the customer service was better than what it is. read more

My goodness, I had been off the coldstone for years..and then I went here a few weeks ago with a friend and the love for coldstone was reignited. Since then, I went back last night again. Both recent visits were on the weekend, and both times the line wrapped around the store! No complaints, it moves pretty fast, considering everyone is getting custom ice cream. I have always gotten the Cookie Don't You Want Some, and I'll probably never stray from it because it's just that good. It reminds me of cookie dough ice cream that I used to have as a kid, but this one is drizzled and wrapped in caramel and chocolate syrups. The chocolate chips and chunks of cookie dough are fantastic and plentiful, too. My friend sampled the dark chocolate and the fudge truffle, and decided on the fudge truffle. You can't pick a bad flavor! I used to go to the Bellmore location years ago but they closed long ago. Although this location isn't around the corner from me, it's a nice treat every now and then. read more

I was looking for a nice ice cream cone after my dinner so I came here. I got a mint chocolate chocolate chip (yes that is the name I didn't just write chocolate twice). I saw it on the board and it looked good. But when I got it, the ice cream was a cup and not a cone like it was on the board but no big deal, it was ice cream. I've been going to this cold stone for a few years now and have held back my opinions for a long time but tonight was the absolute last straw. This place is so poorly managed it's crazy. Tonight it took me 45 minutes to get 3 ice creams!!!! Its a bunch of unmanaged kids working by themselves. No one is restocking things until they are out and requested by a customer which is time consuming and so I inefficient. For example tonight I asked for a medium mint with brownie. The kid that was helping me had to make 2 trips to the back; one because the mint ice cream was out and another because the brownies were out! Items should not be restocked once ordered, they should be constantly stocked. And the Uber orders.... since I was in the store for a good amount of time I saw how poorly those are operated as well. There is no designated staff taking care of those orders. They were just coming and going off the main line (of assisting in store customers) super unorganized. The product is great don't get me wrong but the store needs some serious attention from upper management. They may be making their numbers but they could be doing so much more if the store was more organized and the staff was properly trained in efficiency. read more

I've come here a few times and immediately cursed at myself right after for spending the money and intaking the extra calories. But it's been worth it. This place sorely tempts me every time I am passing through to make a bus or train connection. I always go for a peanut butter chocolate combination and every time I gladly fork over my cash and enjoy the delights. The servers are also very fast although I've always worried about missing my bus or train I have always managed to be served and walk out in enough time to catch my bus or train. This place is so amazing! Everyday its open until 12 AM! Always filled with hungry people looking for a cold good snack! What i love to get is the chocolate devotion but instead of chocolate ice cream i substitute it with oreo creme filling. Its so good! It may be a little pricy but they have coupons! I love this establishment. This is the best ice cream you can get! This ice cream is super soft and super creamy just as in its namesake. If you're unsure which flavor you want just ask for a sampling spoon! The staff here are efficient and the night crew is fun here ! I'm part of the "let's get ice cream at 10pm," squad and the night crew are always working hard and working fast to get the long line of late night customers in and out. My one favorite thing about coldstone is the fact that they mix the toppings within your ice cream rather than twist your ice cream around in some top sprinkles that fall off and by the end are no longer there. Wanted to pick up late night ice cream around 11pm.. so we drove by and low and behold they were open. I've been to this location before in the summer and I was a little hesitant to go again because the ice cream served is always soft and melting. I realized why( but I'll get into that later) when we arrived, the first issue was we were let in but NOT GREETED.. no hi hello we will be with you in a minute, NOTHING... they just kept staring and looking at us! Another issue was the music was turned up SUPER LOUD like it was a club! The staff were laughing and talking loudly and I started becoming annoyed after standing there for 5 mins with no one was saying anything or even acknowledging the customers they have. Third issue, I realized their ice cream is always melting because the ice cream doors are ALWAYS LEFT OPEN! Like common sense would tell you to close the doors after you scoop an ice cream after each order ! They need new STAFF ASAP! My husband brought me to this location tonight around 12:15am to satisfy my pregnancy craving, upon arrival "Love" took my order, when it came to my husbands turn, the next white lady behind the counter looked directly at my husband and went to the next customer behind him. Typical cold stone creamery. I find the ice cream to be very heavy here. The smallest size is enough to fill me up. Best item i have had here is the milk and oreo cookies shake. Soooo good! The lines can get long here in the evening, but the staff take care of business and move it quickly. My friend and I came here for a late night snack over the weekend. The place was packed, but the line moved very quickly. I ordered a Cookie Don'tcha Want Some plus pecan, minus chocolate chips. The employees were friendly and fast! I got my ice cream and dug into it, it was great, but there was still chocolate in it. I used to go to the Coldstone in Westbury, but that one closed :( So I happened to be in the Lynbrook area and went here; haven't been to a Colstone in AGES!! I'm sure it's just because I haven't been to one in awhile (and not specific to this location), but since my last visit, they had way more flavors than I remember... I used to get just boring chocolate because nothing really stuck out to me, but this time I was debating between peanut butter and chocolate fudge etc. Considering now I'm a huge fan of 16 handles where you can put as many toppings on without really thinking of the price, I was surprised each ice cream only comes with one topping, and each other topping is additional. Got peanut butter ice cream mixed in with brownie and cookie dough and came out to about $6 for a "like it".. glad I didn't get anything larger or more toppings- it hit the spot, with a fair price + size. This location has benches right outside which is nice when the weather is great, anddddd I highly recommend going to the Puppy Store next door. You'll thank me later :P read more

We stood on line for about 15 minutes before even being acknowledged watching the worker walk back and fourth on her phone, scratching her head, and even once rubbing one of her breast then proceeding to help guest right after. When we finally got some form of help she cut us off every other word letting us know there's no chocolate ice cream, no vanilla ice cream, no brownies, and oh yeah it's too 'late' for a milkshake. You can't go wrong with Coldstone's! This particular location is a popular one. It's always busy on the weekends but that's to be expected. The inside is a little small but the staff keep the line moving when busy. They're also attentive and very helpful when asking questions! The only drawback to this location is that parking is non existent. You often have to double park and run inside. All in all the staff and the ice cream make the visit worth while. read more

If you are not required to eat kosher, skip this cold stone. If you know how regular non kosher icecream is supposed to taste like, the icecream here will be disgusting to you. The flavors do not taste like your average cold stone location and literally everything, even down to the toppings are kosher so they taste different from the non kosher toppings. Kosher meat is typically great, but this was my first time trying kosher icecream and was so disappointed. Cold stone's kosher icecream is horrible and leaves a disgusting after taste in your mouth. I travel the world trying various types of icecream and will from now on stay clear of kosher icecream. If the icecream at this cold stone location represents how kosher icecream tastes, I feel so sorry for the individuals that have only eaten kosher icecream and have no clue how it's actually suppose to taste. My colleague and I had to make an emergency stop to buy some drinks to wash out the after taste from having a couple spoonfuls of the icecream from here. The people who served us were wonderful and super friendly and this review does not reflect the service they provided. The one star is simply for how disgusting that icecream was.
