I've always loved coldstone for their unique, rich and creamy ice cream flavors. Their freshly mixed add ins make it even better! My number one go to since day one has been the cake batter ice cream with brownie add in. You can bet I had to have it on this visit. I live in Hawaii and we haven't had a coldstone in our state for a while so I definitely missed this! This location was a little cramped but I didn't mind. Just got my ice cream and was out of there to enjoy it outside on the deck. We visited this place on the Christmas afternoon and the place was not as crowded as we hoped it would be. We were standing behind 6 people and had to wait almost 20-30 minutes before we could choose our ice creams. There was only one woman who was preparing and serving the ice creams and managing the counter and payment as well. She was trying her best to keep pace and apologized to all of us for keeping us waiting for so long but I find it strange that there were no more employees on Christmas afternoon at such a busy place. read more

Love the staff they were super cool. The place smelled of yumminess as soon as you walked in... Clean spot...wasnt too busy when I went. I confess, I am a bit of a Cold Stone addict. My friend was visiting from out of town and we wanted to get a snack so we stopped in to the Cold Stone at Hollywood & Highland. For those that don't know, Cold Stone is basically a custom made ice cream, you select the ice cream flavors and toppings are then mixed in. It's fun to watch the ice cream being made right in front of you. I think this would be a great place to take kids and it's especially fun to visit if you don't have a Cold Stone by you. Be very careful about ordering online. The portions that we were used to getting when we ordered when we went into the store are different. When we returned home, we noticed that the cup with the ice cream was a little over half full. Since we live approximately 15 miles from the store we could not go back to complain.
