Service was very poor. We arrived 10 minutes before closing time and sat down to eat our ice cream along with some other families. At 0900pm a dark haired girl said, "Um it's 0900pm and we are closed just so y'all know." We all proceeded to nod but continue to finish our ice cream.Five minutes later she proceeds to announce, "We have been closed for five minute, you all need to leave. You can finish on the patio or in your cars." She then continued to stand there until we all stood up rudely rushing the families out of the lobby. I do understand no one likes to be worked past closing time but you still work in customer service and you close when your customers are done. Whoever owns this location, you need to look long and hard at who you have managing this place. This place is going downhill fast. We went in and the line was so long with 2 people working. We stood in line for 35 minutes. Half the wait was the two employees filling online orders because there was another line of people who had ordered ahead online and were standing around waiting. They were also out of a lot of items. One person asked for a refund and neither employee knew how to do one. In one visit I could see inadequately trained employees, not enough staff members, inventory issues. Then I stood at the register with my ice cream waiting to pay for 5 minutes and they were just walking around working on online orders. I eventually had to ask to be checked out before my ice cream melted because it was for my daughter who was sitting in the car. And when we left she complained that the waffle bowl was stale and I took a bite and oh gosh is was soooo stale. So add that to the issues.
