She said she needed to see if she had any beans...I'm at a coffee shop...in fact there are bags of beans on the shelves for sale. She said sorry we don't have any beans. I was a bit confused because it is a menu option and I'd never been told that before. We went back and forth a bit and I just decided to ask for an americano and call it a loss for getting a pour over. I bought two drinks and one bag of coffee (17.59?) which felt a touch high for in store and small town... total order was about $38, I hope there beans are good. Last thing the restroom was marked "we are out of toilet paper" hmm... So nice little shop good coffee but marked down for employee not taking a bag of coffee off the shelf, like I did, and making a pour over.
