I really like this place. It's got a great vibe and nice people. I planned to get a drink to go, would up taking a break and getting a drink and scone sitting down. Really nice. I was on a long road trip and stopped in specifically because of the high reviews, cool vibe and a solid pour over. Ambiance was nice and chill, there were 3 customers there at about 8:45 in the morning. There was no line and we were helped immediately with friendliness and a nice smile. Service was pretty fast I ordered a decaf latte for my daughter, which she enjoyed. And asked for my pour over options. She said she needed to see if she had any beans...I'm at a coffee shop...in fact there are bags of beans on the shelves for sale. She said sorry we don't have any beans. I was a bit confused because it is a menu option and I'd never been told that before. We went back and forth a bit and I just decided to ask for an americano and call it a loss for getting a pour over. I bought two drinks and one bag of coffee (17.59?) which felt a touch high for in store and small town... total order was about $38, I hope there beans are good. Last thing the restroom was marked "we are out of toilet paper" hmm... Went to get coffee and seen a dog leaning on the counter! After standing there and having to ask the two baristas are then even open because they chose to not even greet me! I seen the dog and was totally disgusted! I asked one employee why is there a dog who isn't a service dog at the counter and she says it's hers!! I again was disgusted and immediately left! Now that was an amazing cup of coffee! I ordered ahead on their Toast Takeout page and got the Avocado Toast which made me sad when I had no more to eat and the Kraken (hot)!! I love Blue Sail because I love good, unsweetened, iced tea; it's something I take extremely seriously...to the point I know which fast-food restaurants (and I don't even eat fast foo) have the best brews (Wendy's by far). The staff is also very knowledgeable about the teas. My husband had a flavored tea he wasn't keen on, so, for his next round, he described what he wanted and received an excellent recommendation. I have the Earl Grey lavender every time. It's a great place to work if you can find a table, and they've now added a food menu, which means I don't have to worry about getting over caffeinated. read more

Ok. I bookmarked, I came, I conquered ... and I liked it! Blue Sail: Where local coffee hipsters come to get their coffee culture fix! From the cold drip wall display to the exposed brick decor, Blue Sail has coffeehouse feng shui on lock! The staff was friendly and super helpful in assisting with my drink selection. I decided on a caramel latte and they also styled it for me fabulously! (Hello foam latte art, don't mind if I do!) My only complaint is that I was trying to get some work done during my visit and, regrettably, found out the hard way that when business picks up, the wifi goes south quickly. Very chill place to hangout. Large open area. Lots of tables and couches to sit & relax. They have a stage so I image/hope that have live music. Really cool coffee shop in Conway. Coming from Dallas and having a plethora of coffee shops in my hometown, I've seen plenty of coffee shops to make a fair judgement on them. Music isn't too loud so I can study, big plus! Large selection of baked goods and caffeinated drinks. Prices are a bit steep in my opinion because I paid 6 and some change for a plain oat milk latte. I justified it because they use compostable materials such as the lid, cup, etc. They have couches to sit, relax, and chat. Quaint decor. Plenty of tables and chairs. They also have a cool outdoor seating. It's a bit too cold today to check it out but I'll definitely be coming back. read more

Been here a few times, great little spot! ...Well, if you love new-age, super-fancy, expensive hipster wi-fi coffee joints. That's it in a nutshell, and it does it beautifully. If you're in the mood for just a plain cup of coffee, this isn't your spot. But if you're looking for something you've never had before? This is a solid spot. I particularly enjoyed the "Brown sugar infused capuccino" that was the house special at the time, but it's definitely not something I'd get every day. Trendy, ultra-modern, snazzy, but very, very cozy with both more and nicer seating than most coffee places like it. Service is hit or miss, I've had some absolutely wonderful service, and some where I had to be a little insistent to get my order in, but folks are always nice, patient and helpful once you get 'em. I was very disappointed when this coffee shop when they refused to serve my coffee in a mug instead of a plastic cup. The cashier advised us that they weren't allowed to give us real cups after 6pm. We noticed several other customers were drinking out of mugs already at the tables. Really cool looking shop, but with poor customer service it doesn't matter. The shop itself is very comfortable and has a home-like feel to it. This time I tried the Kraken, which was an explosion of cinnamon and espresso goodness. They roast their own coffee in house. Everything I've gotten here has been amazing. The atmosphere is relaxing and comfortable with a staff who are great and knowledgeable. Grab a coffee bag at the register if you brew or have an expresso machine at home. They write the roast date on bottom so you know your getting fresh beans. read more

I hate giving one stars but based off several stops to this place and tries I've given it, I've come to the conclusion they just won't get my business. I am an avid coffee and tea lover and will enjoy most menu items even if it's not what I ordered. I have visited in the past and was given a wrong coffee and didn't care cause it turned out to taste good but the pricing is awful. A large tea should not be anywhere near $4. It's water and some tea leaves. I honestly wouldn't mind that price but the size was more like a mini cup to me. A large should make you say, wow this is a large. And the guy working the counter was not friendly at all, I felt like I bothered his phone time, which he spent in front of me. I'm sorry, I will not be back. My husband has been to Blue Sail Coffee a few times and told me how good it was. I was pretty skeptical cause Conway seems to have a history of bizarre coffee shops with terrible atmosphere and even worse coffee. These shops open and then shut down rather quickly, and I assumed Blue Sail would be the exact same. I was wrong. Great location, excellent coffee - I had a vanilla latte but the group I was with had the pour over and concurred that that too was great.
