    8 Oz. Round Mountain Classic

RMC has become my local coffee hangout. I adore the atmosphere. It's so bright and cheery with the sunlight streaming in. I like to try different drinks when I come in and today was the Round Mountain Classic. It was delicious! The workers are very friendly as well. I like to pop in to get some work done on my laptop, and it's such a pleasant place to be.

Roasted: visiting Conway AK and found Round Mountain Coffee. It's in a little strip plaza not too far from downtown with ample parking. Cute and clean coffee shop with plenty of seating spread out. Very simple design which I like a lot. Barista was incredibly friendly and greeted us upon coming in. They don't carry sugar free flavors but he did offer us trivia in place of it. He offered us our drinks for here which is such a win for me. The lattes were just beautiful - amazing latte art and done with skim milk which is much harder than a fattier milk. The lattes were good - milk temperature perfect, espresso perfect and foam perfect. The only thing is the taste of the espresso is not my cup of tea - it's a bit too green and grassy for my liking when I'm drinking espresso. I prefer something a bit more bold. But overall enjoyed my latte. This was the first latte in a while that I've really enjoyed all around. They also roast all coffee in house. Definitely check this place out when you come through Conway. Unroasted: this is a rare find in a smaller town. This coffee shop should be in a big city and they have done some great things. The space is big located in a strip mall. Plenty of parking available. The barista was super friendly and greeted us as we walked in. He was knowledgeable of his coffee and had all the answers. Beans roasted in house which is always a good sign of someone who knows what they are doing. Sorry no sugar free flavors here but I'm okay with that because we've had really good coffee at places like this. I loved the fact that he asked for here or to go. The latte were made spot on with no flaws. Had to wait a bit for the second one so he can take orders. Nonetheless the latte was really good. Reminds me of passion back home in Chicago. The coffee is very Green and you get use to it quickly.

Bright, large room with plenty of seating and power outlets.

Okay, I do not hand out five starts to cafe's just willy-nilly, but during a recent trip through Conway, a friend tipped me off to RMC. It has all the things I want in a cafe: Plenty of seating and power outlets Strong, free wi-fi Local vibe Good coffee This place has a bright feel and a good mix of people working, having conversations, and just hanging out. My hit this place again on my way back through.

It's a flat white & lumberjack kinda morning

Best coffee in Conway, hands down. I travel through Conway from time to time on business, and on my last trip I discovered Round Mountain Coffee. Dude. I like the other caffeine dealers in town, but the attention to detail here is a cut above, and all the baristas are super knowledgable & friendly. It's a great spot to get a delicious drink, chill for a bit, knock out some writing...and in the mornings, grab a hearty breakfast sandwich. Plus, on any given day, you might find acrobats doing handstands & circus tricks while waiting for their coffee. I've seen it TWICE, and I've only been here 3 or 4 times Definitely hit this spot up when you're in the area. I'll be back for sure.

We got a vanilla latte, round mountain classic and a honey macchiato. They were all soooo good! We also got a blueberry scone which was perfect.

Great coffee shop in Central Arkansas. Had a almond milk flat white and it was great. So happy to see Conway as it grows and expands to serve students and community members.

What a great addition to the growing coffee culture in Conway. These guys take their craft very seriously. If you are looking for a great pour over or an excellent espresso drink you will find both here. They roast their own beans and are adding a Nitro cold brew soon. It's great to finally have excellent coffee on this side of Conway. They have several unique offerings including an espresso flight that I can't wait to try.

Unoriginal and unimaginative coffee. Honestly I feel better off just going through the Starbucks' drive-thru.

Oh, good Lord! *insert hard eye roll*…read more Shipley's no longer lives here! I pulled up to the drive thru, checked in on Yelp, and had to do a double take when I saw that all the Shipley's signage had been replaced by "Shimmery Donut" signs. (If you aren't paying attention, you'll miss it as it looks almost identical to the original, stylistically speaking.) Was I tempted to immediately burn rubber and drive away? -- YES! But, I decided to give them the ol' college try AFTER discussing 2 major concerns with the girl working the drive thru window. Me: Ok, my eyes aren't deceiving me and this is no longer a Shipley's location, correct? She: Correct. We switched names about 6 months ago. Me: K! Me: But what about the product, has it been salvaged? She: Yes, it's the same. Me: ok, PERFECT! (Crisis averted!) But, the crisis was NOT averted at all! I ordered my donut-ty breakfast usual: One dozen original glazed donut holes and an ice water. (lol) Of the 12, I could only stomach two. How in the heck are the donuts not fresh, pillowy, and amazing at 7:27 in the morning? -- It's friggin' 7:27AM for Pete's sake! If they're stale at 7:27am, there's definitely no hope for donut lovers visiting at 8:30, 9, or 10AM! -- Just save your money, don't even bother. And you dare not take them to work for your colleagues. (Sorry, my doughnut standards are high!) That's not the Shipley's way at all. Shimmery is cutting major corners, y'all... and to their detriment. Staleness aside, they didn't even taste the same, and I cannot. 10 hours later, the 10 remaining donut holes are currently still sitting in my car. (I'll trash them once I get over my disgust!) Funny thing is, I couldn't even pawn them off on the hubs-- and he'll usually try anything I offer. But, he's a smart man and he knew there was a problem because I always buy a limited quantity and I NEVER offer donut holes. (especially not Shipley's) He usually has to wrangle the bag out of my hand! Le sigh. So, there went that! As the saying goes... "Fool me once, shame on you!" Shimmery, you got me this morning! I was trying to continue to support local, but now you've forced my hand and you'll find me over at Krispy Kreme for my donut fix-- when (and only when) the "hot sign" is on! Fact: Shipley's is greater than Shimmery.

Ordered the vanilla iced latte with oatmeal, topo Chico and a turkey sandwich! I love a good vanilla latte iced w/ oatmeal and this was not it! Kinda disappointed bc it's such a popular place and was expecting it to be the best. Maybe it was the ratio of coffee to milk. It wasn't terrible but wasn't the best.
