Super Mario Birthday Blast- has Cake Batter Ice Cream with Yellow Cake, Bright Blue Frosting & Star Sprinkles and he also had them add gummy bears. The dude, niece and I came to Cold Stone on 11/24/19 (my birthday) to pick out my birthday cake. If you know me I am not a huge fan of cake but I LOVE ice cream. The only way I can eat cake for the most part is by eating ice cream cake. I let the niece help me pick out my cake as she was so excited that it was my birthday. The niece picked out a yummy looking cake. It passed my approval and the niece could not wait to dig in to it. The dude paid for the cake and I passed up a scoop of ice cream as it is in the cake. It was also clean inside and smelled yummy. The staff was very friendly and kind. And we took the cake to the family house to celebrate my birthday and the family loved the cake. It was gone within two weeks. Very delicious. You can't go wrong with Cold Stone. You can't go wrong with their ice cream cake either. The ice cream was mediocre in flavor. They got my wife's order wrong. The kids working there were not all that friendly. Actually saw a worker drop a pan of ice cream into another, scrape the ice cream off the pan and throw it back into original pan. Kind of disgusting. Some of the pans were dented as well. You'd think for what they charge for ice cream they'd get new pans or at least fix the damaged ones. Won't be returning. read more

She was No help & wanted me to bring the left over ice cream I had in, in order to get it remade. I told her it was an inconvenience & asked for a credit for the ice cream. She would only do it if I brought in the left overs. Where I live, it is inconvenient to bring it in! I've had ice cream from cold stone several times. Idk why I forgot to review. Opps. Had some kind of coffee ice cream with nuts and things in a plain waffle bowl. The smallest size they offer because I can't eat it all. Maybe I'm the only one but although the ice cream is wonderful it is just so sweet. My body just can't do so much sugar. Great service and improvements since my last visit. I was surprised to see that the business has made great steps to improve its operations. Todays visit was to reevaluate their service and product since my mum was craving ice cream and I was near by. We ordered the brownie sundae and here is my experience. Firstly, service wise, the servers were very friendly and helpful to be patient while they wait for my mums decisions. In addition they also suggested alternatives for ice cream flavors if my mum was not happy with the french vanilla intended for the Lava sundae. I was thoroughly impressed with their sincerity and smiles. That is a huge improvement for this establishment and its customer service, so kudos to management. In addition, I previously complained how their to-go packaging was so cheap and tacky, they used to pack their lava sundae in a styrofoam. Now they do it in a bio-degradabel see through box, which adds not only class but also gives an alluring excitement with this new packaging. I applaud management for improvements and I hope they would continue their efforts. read more

Beyond disappointed. Decided to get uber eats and order from cold stone. Upon our shakes arriving, we discovered the fact that the "love it" sized ice cream we ordered was missing. Furthermore, when we called to tell coldstone they messed up our order, they said they had the ice cream but at first were not willing to stay open to make it right. After a heated discussion with the person on the other end of the phone, we were told they would stay open until our uber went back to get it, AND they would remake it due to how long it had been since we ordered. The ice cream was drove back to us, and once we got it, it was COMPLETELY melted, not only that, they gave us the "like it" size instead of the "love it" size. A complete waste of 34 dollars. We will never be ordering from Cold Stone again, only Creamistry from now on. Horrible customer service and would not recommend. read more

I ordered delivery from here and they forgot to include the waffle cone I ordered (even though it was on the receipt taped to the front of the bag with my ice cream in it. I thought maybe it was a food delivery app issue so I decided to again order a cone but from a different app. I got ice cream & no cone again. Again, the cone is on the receipt taped to the front of the bag. How hard is it to stick a cone in a paper bag and to check a receipt to compare it to order contents before sealing the bag? This tells me that they are very careless and disinterested in making sure the customer receives what they paid for. I give this place a two, because the ice cream was good. It was actually our first time there and weren't impressed. It kinda made me feel like I was in line for the soup guy on Seinfeld. Rushed, impersonal, no customer appreciation. There were 3 servers behind the counter which seemed to be zig zagging between each other, hard to figure out who was preparing your order. The place is small and gets crowded. It also did not look very clean. Only about 2 tables so don't expect to be able to sit and enjoy your ice cream there. Very pricey too! So I go to this cold stone very often, but tonight I went in and there were 4 people working. Two girls were checking out when I walked in and apparently it takes all 3 boys working to be their cashier. The one girl working was doing online orders. I'm standing for over 5 minutes when one of the boys finally offers to take my order. I say I have two orders, he makes the first ice cream and then disappears into the back. Meanwhile the other two guys working are leaning against the counter and complaining about how slow Tuesdays are, apparently helping the only customer in there doesn't register to them. I'm starting to wonder where the guy making my ice creams went when he comes back and say "Okay my second ice cream is a like it..." and continue with my order while he looks surprised and has completely forgotten he was helping me. Obviously because he disappeared in the middle of my order. While he's making that I walk to the cashier and wait. The girl comes up and asked if I've been checked out and I say no. She rings me up, I pay and tip and then she walks away, WITHOUT handing me my bag of ice creams. I see it through the glass on the other side of counter and look around while they all just stand around and talk to each other. I finally reach around and snatch it and they look at me all looked shocked and I left. WORST customer service I've ever experienced, laziest work ethic I've ever seen. I came into this location after a great and fun business team dinner the other night and I was very disappointed in one staff member- Nate. He was very pushy to get my order. I questioned him "What was the rush?" and he didn't have an answer for me. Once I decided what to get, he didn't even ask me if I wanted toppings and since we just finished paying, I couldn't get any toppings I wanted without having to swipe the credit card again. He was also mumbling something to a female coworker that had her laughing a bunch. I hope for his sake it wasn't about me.
