Based on what I've personally seen on multiple visits, the cleanliness is completely unacceptable. I've seen cockroaches on the counters, floors, even the walls. My daughter's friend, who used to work there, told me they've been dealing with this issue for months -- which honestly lines up with what I witnessed. If this is how the establishment is being run, then it's no surprise the place feels like it's falling apart. I don't know how a business can operate with this level of disregard for hygiene, employees, and customers. I'm at the point where I feel like health authorities need to take a look I'm done giving this place chances. They didn't pick up the day after. They didn't even pick up on Wednesday. Screw it, I'll make Saturday work. (The store isn't really close to where I live or I'd've driven over.) When I picked it up Saturday, the same disgruntled employee shuffled out from the back and then disappeared again to get the cake. To my surprise, the writing wasn't even done. (You had 5 days...) Maybe that's normal, idk. Thankfully she wrote out the happy birthday message quickly (and it shows, but I'd never be able to do that so,) and I was on my way.
