This Dairy Queen is located on the street that would bring people over to NJ-35 for the beaches. The way that this location was set up looked like a bigger ice cream stand. I say that because there is no indoor seating area, and all they served here were ice cream treats and Orange Julius smoothies. At least the building looked nice with the red, white, and blue colors. At the time I went, it was too cold for the beach. But since I had relatives in the area, and craved for some Dairy Queen, we came here. We ordered some treats, and because there was obviously no where to sit, we took them home. The attitudes on the employees that served us were just okay. We all got Blizzards. I got the French Silk Pie flavor, and my cousins got the Oreo Cheesecake and Butterfinger flavors. My flavor had pieces of pie crust, chocolate chunks, and a chocolate syrup that was blended with vanilla ice cream. It was quite a tasty experience. The Butterfinger Blizzard was mostly Butterfinger pieces blended with vanilla ice cream. The other Blizzard flavor had Oreo cookie and cheesecake pieces mixed in with vanilla ice cream. My cousins enjoyed their Blizzards. So, what kind of Blizzard do you prefer now? This Dairy Queen had a small parking lot. That was never an issue, especially since people don't stay very long. Overall, this place serves the purpose of selling ice cream treats to beach-goers and more. Enjoy your ice cream!

They're the reason we have visited at least 20 times. Then there is a bartender named Jack. He does his very best to keep my wife and I waiting. He ignores us for no good reason. My wife asked Jack if he could put on the Yankee game. He snapped at her and said can't you see I'm busy. He then refused to put the game on. We got the manager's attention and he put the game on. Two weeks forward we attended an affair on the second floor. Afterwards we went downstairs for a nightcap. Jack as usual ignored us. When I asked him to get us a drink he responded with can I wait on another customer first in a very disrespectful tone while using a hand gesture pointing at the other customer. I have always tipped well and cannot understand his surly attitude directed at my wife and I. I told Jack exactly what I thought of him. He then said now I'm not going to give you a drink. This guy thinks he owns the place. He ran to the manager and told her a customer was being mean to him. Jack should not work in the service industry. He shouldn't pick and choose who he should or should not service.

Everyone loved their food. Inside is very nice and also has a beautiful upstairs to eat and for parties.

She was overwhelmed and said that it was their busiest time of the year and we just needed to wait for it to be out. She didn't ask for our name or check the status of our bagel. We continued to wait for our bagel but saw people ordering after us and still getting their sandwich order before I got mine. After now 30 minutes we asked one more time just for the status of the bagel. Lady at the register was extremely rude and told me I only had waited 15 minutes however I had the credit card time stamped. We overheard them speaking about how there was clearly a confusion and the order was never placed, and instead of apologizing for not checking on the bagel like we asked her to before, she rudely lied and loudly told us that we were only waiting for "17 minutes" and that it usually takes 20 minutes and implied we were being impatient except we were there for 35 minutes. She gaslit us into thinking we were being rude instead of just apologizing to us for the confusion. Bagel and cheesecake were excellent but customer service was very poor. I would recommend ordering ahead of time and just picking up.
