One of the best ice cream sundaes I have EVER experienced. The smores sundae is everything you want and so much more. The rich divine chocolate ice cream paired with the chocolate sauce and homemade hunks (and I mean like finger size hunks y'all!) of ghram. It's knock your socks off good!! I could just swan dive in a swimming pool filled with it... On to the next item..their iced coffee float. So they house make their cold brew and use a heavy milk base with sugar. There's nothing healthy about it and you can't get it with out the milk or sugar cause it's a science they have it down to. Also freaking DIVINE. If you're a light and sweet coffee drinker this is for you. If you are a coffee drinker that tries to stay away from the sweets this is for you too because it's a really REALLY worth it cheat dessert. The vanilla ice cream they plop in there is so creamy and really accentuates all of the diverse flavors. I'm high on sugar and caffeine and I could not be more pleased!! I LOVE ELEMENTS! This ice cream / creamery is a new addition to Lacey and has been getting mixed reviews. I do not understand why. Staff and owners are unbelievably kind and welcoming, prices are fair, and this is some of the creamiest ice cream I have ever had. Ice cream is "pre scooped" into cups, with only one size at $5 which I would compare to the classic medium size. They offer a variety of toppings. I have gotten the hot fudge on about every occasion, its the best as the ice cream is so creamy and cold it almost is the best combo to have something warm on top. Elements is frequently posting their daily flavors on facebook and website. I have yet to have a flavor I didn't love. They have a variety of unusual flavors paired with the classics. And now they offer local delivery with $10 purchases. This has turned into my friends and families favorite ice cream shop in town. The inside to the show is cute and well cared for. I love supporting a business that is run by staff that truly have pride and care about their business, and that is what you get when you walk into Elements. Have been hearing wonderful things about this place since it opened, so me and my boyfriend made time last week to go check it out. I got the cheesecake ice cream that comes with a layer of graham crust and added on Nutella drizzle as a topping. IT WAS SOO GOOD. So rich, creamy and super flavorful. The crust layer complimented it so well. My boyfriend got the Reeses taco and really loved it too. I most definitely will be back this summer to try some more ice cream from here! read more

The ice cream is indeed creamy, but the flavors aren't anything that unique. It's too bad they only have a handful of flavors. There seems to be negative health aspects with using or eating nitrogen ice cream and it's even banned in some areas so I'm not going to be a customer again. read more
