Spectacular job on my son's birthday cake!…read more Chocolate Carousel made my wedding cake 13 years ago, so when it came time to celebrate my son's birthday, there was no question where I was going. They earned my trust years ago, and they exceeded my expectations once again. From my very first phone call, Rylee was an absolute pleasure to work with. She made the entire process effortless, patiently answered all of my questions, and put my mind at ease every step of the way. I came in with an AI-generated image of the cake I envisioned. We all know AI images don't always translate perfectly into a real cake, but Chocolate Carousel brought that vision to life better than I could have imagined. The attention to detail was incredible, and the finished cake looked amazingly close to the original design. The cake wasn't just beautiful--it was absolutely delicious! We chose chocolate and vanilla cake with cannoli cream, and it was one of the freshest cakes we've ever had. Every single slice disappeared before the party was over! Thank you to Rylee and the talented team at Chocolate Carousel for creating such a stunning and delicious centerpiece for my son's 36th birthday. You helped make his celebration unforgettable, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking for a truly special custom cake.
